Awesome shop towels!

5

These towels are very possibly the most absorbent towels that I have ever purchased, they can hold up to really tough jobs. I use these every single time any type of maintenance is done on my car. They get rid of grease, dirt, and any other type of grime you could think of. I am a very satisfied customer and couldn't see myself using any other brand of shop towel.

They work well

In my free time, I like to do a lot of projects. Scott's Shop Towels always help me to keep my work area clean during and after the job. They are absorbent and do not tear easily. They also aren't dusty. I would recommend them to anyone trying to get a project done.

A must have in the garage.

The Scott Blue Shop Towels are a must have for your garage. They are blue so they can not be confused with any other regular paper towel. They are thick and very absorbent and come 55 to a roll. They clean up just about any mess you might make. They don't leave lint behind so if your using them to dry off your car,  it looks good when you are done. They are strong enough to ring out and reuse. If your are cleaning up oils or other fluids, the thickness of them generally keeps your hands clean. I always keep a roll in my car just in case I have a spill and need the absorbency they provide. Depending on what you have cleaned up with them, you can rinse them out, ring them out and let them dry to reuse again for your next clean up job. If it was a really messy clean up like grease, just throw it away when you are done. My wife won't allow me to put any of my garage towels in her washer so anything that is disposable is a good choice for me.

Scott Blue Shop Towels are Very Absorbant and Strong

4

Scott Blue Shop Towels are different from your average paper towel because they are much tougher and don't leave lint like the regular paper towels. These are "manly" paper towels, but I tend to attempt home repairs and tinker a bit with all sorts of things, so I have a little experience with these shop towels too. What I like about Scott Blue Shop Towels: - They are incredibly strong - I have seen commercials where they show ringing out regular paper towels and perhaps using them again. These paper towels don't even seem like paper - they are almost like material, but I tend to throw them away after use. - They are pretty absorbant. I tend to use these on the really tough jobs like messy DIY projects, but I have also been known to cut them into smaller pieces and use them to clean baby bottoms on occasion. - They are actually pretty soft, in a strong sort of way. - They are blue, but the blue color doesn't come off on whatever I am wiping. What I don't like about Scott Blue shop Towels: - They are quite a bit more expensive than your regular paper towels. - They tend to be large - I prefer smaller sized paper towels. These won't tear easily at all. **My Viewpoint:** Scott Blue Shop Towels are tough but not rough. They are absorbant but a bit on the large side for me. I tend to keep one roll of these around, but I keep them separated from regular paper towels becuase these would be too expensive to use for run of the mill spills and clean-up jobs.

Scott Shop Towels: A necessity for working around the house

You wouldn't think having a certain kind of paper towels on hand would be a big deal, but **Scott Shop Towels **are a breed apart. What's so great about them? Read on. **Scott Shop Towels** are a thick, heavy paper towel that are blue in color. They are very absorbent, so easily pick-up grease, oils, paints, and any other liquids. I find them especially helpful when working under the hood of the car. Have you ever tried checking the oil with regular paper towels?  It seeps right through and makes a mess. Each **Shop Towel** measures about 10 inches X 11 inches and there are 55 on a roll. The roll will fit on a standard towel dispenser too. They do not leave behind lint, do not scratch surfaces, and are also good for applying wax to a small area, or even a dab of paint. I highly recommend having a roll of these blue shop towels stashes away in your car, in the garage, and in the basement.  I have found numerous uses for them when I need an absorbent material on hand and want something I can throw away.  About the only drawback is that they have to be tossed-out after use (can't be washed and reused) so maybe they aren't the best item for recycling fans. 4 stars.
