I like that you only need 1 pill a day, more healthier than fish oil, the flavor of the pill is out-standing! I usually hate the texture/flavor of pills, this one taste almost like chocolate! Im loving it and will buy more! I Used to have heartburn and when I burped, the horrible smell of fish would come up. Fully recommended..

I added Schriff MegaRed Omega-3 Krill Oil to my daily routine because my triglycerides were just a bit over the normal range. My doctor wanted to write a prescription for me. I love Schiff MegaRed Omega 3 Krill Oil! I can physically feel the difference when I use this product. On the box, it says that it helps with PMS symptoms. I truly do feel that. It is amazing what Krill Oil can do. I have been taking these Omega 3 supplements for a couple of months now. It is amazing what Krill Oil can do. Not only has it improved my PMS symptoms, I feel like my overall health has improved. My mood is generally better. My skin even looks more radiant than before. This product is significantly better than the normal fish oil omega 3 supplement. You don't have to taste fish. You do get the occasional fish burp but it is minimal. It doesn't bother me because it is so slight. I have had fish oil supplements that were much much worse that way. I feel secure knowing I am doing something good for my body when I take this omega 3 supplement. I love that it all fits in one little red capsule.

I think that Mega Red krill oil has helped me. We have purchased many bottles of Schiff Mega Red Omega-3 Krill Oil from Costco. They usually have a good price there when they go on sale. Krill oil is nice to take instead of regular fish oil because it has a better taste and smell. It comes in smaller capsules too which makes it easier to swallow then larger fish oil capsules. I like being able to just take one instead of taking two and I think that it's recommended to take it with plenty of water. It seems like it's best to take it with cold liquids so that it doesn't dissolve too quickly. I haven't had any trouble with krill oil causing heart burn so I think that it can be easily tolerated. I usually keep fish oil in my refrigerator so that it stays fresher, but I also like having it on the counter so that I don't forget to take it. I believe that when taking it regularly it can help reduce inflammation in the body. I have also had some success with it helping my joints.

I love this product. I have been taking fish oil supplements for years and have suffered the awful side effect of upset stomach and the horrible fishy burps that follow all day long. This product is small and easy to swallow, unlike most fish oil products which are enormous horse size pills. There is absolutely no fishy taste or fishy burps. It advertises that it is burpless and it is true. I have also found that when I increased the amount of Mega Red I take it has lowered my cholesterol. I asked my doctor and she indicated that doubling the dose was fine and it would indeed lower my cholesterol. My numbers have gone from 180 to 120 without changing my diet, which was already a low cholesterol, low salt diet. I have inherited high cholesterol or a side effect of cancer treatments and this has lowered it and I do not have to take a statin medication. I would strongly suggest this product to anyone trying to add more fish oil to their diet.

I have been taking regular fish oil capsules for a few years because my doctor recommended them for my cholesterol. I received a sample of these krill oil capsules when I signed up on their facebook page. They are suppose to be better for you than the fish oil capsules. They sent me a seven day sample to try. On the first day I noticed these are smaller than my regular fish oil capsules but that they have an odor that is way more strong that the fish oil capsules. They also have a fishy taste when you swallow them. On the second day I notice that sometimes when I burped it smelled faintly like fish. By the seventh day, I had a fishy smell to my breath all of the time and it was really fishy when I burped. I also had heartburn really bad and a fishy taste in my mouth all of the time. It made everything I ate have a fishy taste. Needless to say I went back to my fish oil capsules when my sample ran out.

Omega 3's are so important for your overall health and krill is supposedly not polluted as are or can be Omega 3's from fish oil. I like the fact that it has been tested for purity and that the package says that the MegaRed's increase your Omega 3 index in just 30 day, by a significant amount. To me that says it works. I like this product because it is easy to swallow and not smelly. I can also get this at a good price at my local BJ's wholesale club, so that makes it easily accessible as well as budget-friendly. Krill is also supposed to be good for your skin. This is one of those supplements that I am careful to take on a daily basis.

I have a family history of heart disease and fortunately do not have any heart problems myself. I decided to be proactive, however, and start taking fish oil pills. That was a horrible experience because I hated the smell and the 2 brands I tried were very large and hard for me to swallow. I heard about these Schiff Krill oil pills from a relative so decided to give them a try. They're kind of expensive in my opinion, but when I find sales or have coupons I'll buy them. They are surprisingly small pills, so that is a huge plus for me. I have trouble swallowing pills anyway, so any help in making pills smaller is great! I also noticed there is no fish oil smell or after taste. I don't notice any side effects at all, and can't really consciously FEEL any benefits, but I know that it is good for me, so I will continue to take these Schiff MegaRed Omega-3 Krill Oil pills as long as I can.
