This was my first smartphone as well as first touchscreen. It's features include: virtual QWERTY keyboard, trackball and 3.5" touchscreen, MP3 player, 3.2MP auto-focus camera/camcorder, Android Market, 3G, GPS Navigation, web browsing capable, Email capable, bluetooth(R) Wireless, Memory card slot, Voice activated dialing, and connects to broadband router. I love how light and small this phone is compared to other smartphones which tend to be big, bulky and heavy. Also, it has the android operating system which is nice. It's not the fanciest smartphone and definitely not the quickest. It does have a little bit of a lag to it. The negative to this phone is definitely the battery life. The battery does not even last a day if you have the phone's syncing turned on and the widgets tend to suck the battery life. I have had to turn off the syncing and delete my facebook widget to save the battery. I have not even tried listening to music for fear of it not lasting long at all. The camera is not the best and since the phone has a lag the camera lags as well. The navigation feature has been helpful in many circumstances and works great. As an average run of the market smartphone, this is very basic and slow. Not for those who use their phone constantly for web browsing or someone who is looking for a fast phone. I also had a lot of trouble with the memory. Apparently there's a glitch with this phone and the memory and I kept getting memory full messages and would have to delete apps to make room for texts to come through. Eventually I had deleted all my texts, most of my apps and was still getting the error even though there wasn't anything left on my phone really. I would not recommend this phone. There are other basic smartphones on the market that work better than this. Battery Life Poor for such a basic phone that I didn't use much for web browsing.

This is a horrible phone. Sprint offers it free with contact quite often, but even free it isn't worth it. It's appearance is cheap looking compared to all the other cell phones out there. The touch screen is not very easy to use as you either have to touch it several times to get it to work or when scrolling for contacts it scrolls so fast you zip the one you wanted. We've even had a Sprint rep inform us that she tries to sway customers away from that phone since it has received such poor reviews and it's quality is so poor. It's worth the money to spend on another phone. We've tried to swap the phone out, but unfortunately Sprint informs us that there's nothing they can do about it, so beware before you think a free phone is worth it.

I got a new zio recently and am happy with the android os. Get good signal and configured with sipvoice so I can get free calls and use google voice for calls so overall its denct phone. There is a bit of lag but for the price I paid it is a great phone. Before I had this phone I had just a basic samsung flip phone and this is loads better. The main negative is that the sides of the keyboard are often hard to push and the 2nd letter in the row sometimes gets pushed instead of the first one. Would get and with the 2.1 android version which it came with are pretty good just waiting now for the newer upgrade to os 2.2 or 2.3. Very happy with this phone and as long as you keep it in a case I think it will last a long time and seems to be pretty durable overall.

I upgraded my phone from the Palm to the Zio. I love this phone, it's completely touch screen which I love. The only problem I have with it, is the fact that the battery doesn't want to hold a charge. I have gone to bed with less than a 1/4 of the battery usage used & by the time I would get up in the morning the battery would be completely dead. I only had the phone for a week & this happened every other day, the only reason it didn't is b/c I would put it on the charger right before going to bed. All in all this is a great phone, the apps are wonderful. I so love this phone, that just one kink that needs to be worked out.
