I have very thin and not a lot of hair and have been coloring it for at least 15 years. Over that time I had done a lot of damage to it. It was getting thinner, looked awful no matter how I styled it and the ends were always breaking. I have tried many other products, but a friend told me about these shampoos, conditioners and leave in conditioners so I decided to try it. I was really amazed at how quickly it started to fix my hair. I noticed right away that it was softer, easier to style and was looked and felt healthier. I have been using these products now for several months and am really pleased. My hair hasn't looked this good in a very long time. Effectiveness Works great & delivers what it states. Scent I don't like anything that has a strong scent. This is very mild.
