Menu's make it user friendly Battery Life If on line you will get a low battery life warning in 20 to 30 minutes. Support & Service Answered all my questions when I called. In a friendly manor. Speed/Performance I haven't found a computer that is fast enough. Design Click pad and pressure pad are designed to last. The click tabs are nice and firm. Looking at it lasting a good long time Durability Lets face it it is a laptop computer. You can't bang it around. It just won't last.
