i love this tablet. i know there have been a lot of other tablets on the market since this came out, but it can keep up and surpass them all. Ease of Use it is handy and compact. i can put it in my purse and use it when a computer is not handy. Battery Life the battery will last at 24 hours in high use. charges quickly. comes with the charger. Support & Service im giving a 10 but have never had to call them. they shipped promptly and instructions for set up were simple and clear to understand. Speed/Performance Fast, efficient and user friendly . i can look up anything i need to and open more than one app at a time. it is great. Design the design fits comfortably in your hands and is so portable. it is easy to use and the keyboard on the tablet is as easy as my blackberry was. :) The back is easy to hold on to. it is smooth but not slippery. the screen is the perfect size to watch videos or read. Durability i have had this tablet for a while now. dropped it. had kids under 7 play on it. it is sturdy and rugged and still in one piece. I love my tab.
