I have had my flat top electric range for 12 years and it still works as well today as it did when I first purchased it. I love how easy the flat top is easy to clean, the self-cleaning oven, and the range I purchased came with a warming drawer to keep cooked foods hot if something comes up and we can not eat when we intended too. Temperature Control Flat top stoves are easy to control the cooking temperature. You can see the burners light up red, indicating when heat is being distributed on the pan. One burner is designed to heat up a pan of water at a faster rate making pasta meals a breeze to be cooked in a short time. Heat Distribution The heat distribution of the oven is terrific. I have never had one side of a cake or anything be slightly under cooked while the other side is starting to burn. I often use the broiler feature and cook steaks to the perfect temperature. Durability I have used my flat top range for 12 years and it has never failed me in any way. Design The design of the range is nothing flashy but rather in a functional way with enough different settings to suit any cooking needs you have. Ease of Cleaning I love how easy it is to clean the flat top as well as the self-cleaning oven. The oven has no coils to try and clean around but instead the entire inside of the oven is flat and smooth, making it a breeze to wipe up any spilled over food.
