We purchased this Samsung convection range last year and have loved cooking on it every day since. The eyes heat FAST and evenly. Canning has been so much easier with this range than with our old one. Having 2 variable sized eyes is great. There is also a "warming center" between the 2 back eyes that is wonderful for rising bread and keeping dishes warm but not too hot. My only problem with the range is the solid black glass. It looks beautiful when it is really clean but shows every fingerprint, dusk fleck, water dribble, anything. It does clean easily, however. I haven't noticed a huge difference in the convection vs "regular" bake for the oven. You have the option to either cook via convection or regular bake. I've been using the convection a lot and have been quite happy with it. I highly recommend this range.
