The only thing good about this product is that it looks shiny and it does dry clothes in the time frame that you choose. However, I had this dryer for one year and the heating element went out at least that's what the customer care said.. I brought it brand new. After buying another heating element found out that was not the problem. Called them back and they then stated it could be the thermostat or something to that affect to help the dryer heat up. I am done with these new model dryers.

Love how quiet it is! You have numerous settings to choose from and my favorite feature is that you can toss in a wrinkled dress shirt, push wrinkle away and it does just that in less that 15 min. I love it! It also has a steam setting where it takes any gross smelling clothes or fabrics and makes them smell fresh and clean! I love my drier, I have had almost a year and no problems!! I have also even had my kids load and set it and forget it! Super easy to use and can easily get the family involved! I have had many compliments from friends once they see it! I am loving it!! Load Capacity can hold tons of clothes! Performance no problems, simple to use Ease of Use simple, easy buttons to push what you need Durability has lasted a year with no problems and still going strong Design looks beatiful and high end
