I was going back in forth between the new LED and Plasma TV's and for the price and the fact that it is for a basement needing to be viewed at angles in many cases I went with the Plasma and was NOT disappointed!  Picture Qualilty is amazing and it actually has very good built in speakers if you do not go the powered route.  Smasung is basically the best ranked in flat panels TV's to boot.  i will be buying a smaller on for my kitchen!

This television was a great purchase. I didn't think we needed a 50 inch but I am so glad we made this purchase. The HD picture is wonderful, and is easy to hook up to bluray players and gaming systems. The sound quality is good also. It is easily mounted to wall or entertainment stands. The television is not very heavy and easy to move also. I love this television.
