I was so excited to get this washer. I had wanted to try the frontloaders since they came out. So when it came, I immediately started using it! Within the first week, I called them upwards of 10 times asking questions.that I never could get answered. By the third week, I literally had had 12 house calls and it still wasn't fixed! Finally they told me with the amount of calls that had not worked they would have to void the warranty because the last time they were out it looked like someone other then their professionals had worked on it which was totally not true! So I gave up and called my Uncle who is a lawyer and ask him to take it from here because the stress of it was gonna kill me! So he did and it took a few months but corporate samsung and I settled out of court for both a new LG washer and dryer as I refused the top of the line samsung they offered. As I started, I will never buybanother samsung as long as I live They better hope they prove me wrong somehow because of no no one in my family will do business with them either!
