I purchased this range about 13 months ago, and from them the oven is taking a long, long time to preheat, and the meals were taking the double to cook. I called the warranty and they said me that if the range is working they don't have nothing to do. Samsung electric Range looks really beautiful as the others Samsung appliances bought in my kitchen remodeling and I didn't have any problem with the refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. The stove top is easy to clean and maintain, but I'm so disappointed with the oven performance. I don't have money to change all my appliances again for another matching group, I bought an over counter oven to use when I don't have time to waste cooking something in the range. I don't like this electric range and would highly recommend not to but this Samsung product. The price was not bad, but you get what you pay.
