My daughter is now one year old and I have used this stroller very often for the whole year. It is sturdy, easy to unfold and fold to put away. It also has a large storage section in the bottom for your baby bag and other things. The car seat snaps in easily and when the umbrellas are closed, it provides full shade for your baby. I walk to the school a couple times a day to get her big sister, and the stroller works great. It is also easy to clean as the baby and I have spilled different things on it from time to time. The back of the seat also reclines to let baby sleep. Durability I have been using this very heavily for a year. Versatility Goes anywhere.

My husband and I really love so many features of the Safety 1st PlaySafe travel system! As first-time, inexperienced parents, we just bought this seat/stroller combo based on appearance, but were pleasantly surprised at everything this system has to offer. First of all, the attractive polka-dot fabric and complementing striped trim is versatile--we didn't know if we were having a boy or girl, so we had to buy something that could go either way. We had a boy, but we love the fact that we'll be able to use this system again if we have a girl! Beyond its appearance, the infant seat is so cozy. It's plush and comfortable and has been known to make an excellent nap-time location. The insert that's included for supporting the baby's head is perfect now that our son is a month old. At first, it didn't do a great job of supporting when he was sleeping and couldn't hold his own head up, but now that he's a little stronger, it's just right for our little man. We also like that the seat is easy to get in to and out of our car. The release mechanism in the back takes little effort to work, and though the seat is a little heavy, the narrow shape of the seat helps in maneuverability. Perhaps our favorite part of the Safety 1st PlaySafe Travel System is the stroller feature! The infant seat snaps safely into the stroller base in the same way it fits into the car base and releases just as easily when your walk is done. The toddler seat in the bottom of the stroller will continue to be useable after the child has outgrown the infant seat, and it appears to be just as comfortable as the infant seat. The stroller can be pushed easily with one hand, and folds up neatly for compact storage. Though this product is a little on the pricey side for the budget conscious, it is no doubt worth the money for comfort, style, and convenience! We look forward to using the Safety 1st PlaySafe Travel System for years to come.

This was the first car seat that I bought for my first child. I also used it for my second child. Overall I liked the system, but it has its pros and cons. Pros: The base was easy to install. We used it in two different cars and didn't have any trouble installing it. I loved the stroller system. The carseat was very easy to remove from the base and easy to pop onto the stroller. The stroller is very easy to open and close. The system we bought was red, which was a fun, bright color. We still use the stroller. The stroller has nice big wheels to navigate, but it folds small enough to fit in a trunk. I like that the stroller has a cupholder both in the back for the parent and a tray a cup holder on the front for the child. Cons: The carseat did its job and kept my children safe, but it was kind of a pain to use. The buckles were hard to fasten. The two buckles at the bottom had to be held together while trying to snap into the bottom, and would often come apart before I could get them in. Add a wiggly baby and it is even harder. The straps are also only adjustable from the back, and so can only be adjusted when the baby is not in it. We would have to put the baby it, see how it fit, take him out, adjust the straps, and try again. Get a carseat that has the adjustable strap on the front! We got this for pretty cheap, and we paid for what we got.

Even though my son hates his carseat it is a wonderful one. Speacially for the price we paid for it. It wasn't cheap but it wasn't over priced. it came with a stroller which makes it a travel system. I would recommend it for everyone hwo has an infant.

I had my first child in November of 2009. I purchased a Safety 1st carseat stroller combo set. Since then I have purchased several more Safety 1st products that I am more than pleased with. I would recommend Safety 1st products to anyone that has children and would like to keep them safe.The rear facing carseat I purchased has a base that the carseat easily attaches to. The base stays buckled in your vehicle, this makes it easy on a parent to get thier child in and out of a vehicle. The base also features anchor straps that keeps your child safe just in case the seatbelt was to fail. The carseat itself is designed for a child whose weight is between 5-22lbs and whose height is within 19-29 in. It's straps raise up three different heights for the safety and growth of the child. It also came with a head rest that makes it safe and comfortable for your newest member. Over all, in my opinion, Safety 1st carseats is the way to go for a safe restraint for your child.

This Travel system is very convenient and the carseat is easy to install in the car. The stroller is a bit bulky and heavy but it gets the job done. I would recomend this product for new moms and dads.

After looking at a few car seats (and not really knowing much about buying car seats), my husband and I decided to purchase the Safety 1st Dotswana Travel System. The first thing that attracted us to this travel system was the cute dot design.  They used great colors for this, and I think it could work just as well for a boy as a girl.  When we saw the cheap price and that the brand was Safety 1st, we were sold!  The shade works well, and the seat seems to be pretty comfortable.  Though you can adjust the straps as your baby grows, I always have a hard time buckling her in, especially when connecting the bottom buckle.  I think this is pretty common for all car seats, though I wish I could find one that protects the baby but doesn't take all my strength to buckle.  The car seat fits easily into its base in the car, and all you have to do to detach it from the base is to pull on a handle and pick it up.  It also fits easily into the stroller, and the stroller itself is easy to collapse when you're done.  Overall, I like this car seat.  It's not the greatest quality in the world, but it is definitely worth the price.   Amendment--I LOVED this travel system, but I'm not so sure about it now.  It DOES NOT roll easily.  When I am trying to push it, it always go either way right or way left instead of straight.  Honestly, it's one of the most annoying things I can think of because that's what it's for--pushing--and it's the one thing it doesn't do well!

I received the Safety 1st Dotswana travel system as a gift at my baby shower. The colors on it are too cute. It has large colorful dots all over it in bright colors and the accent color is a bright green. Its definitely great for a boy or girl. Its wonderful to go shopping with has a HUUUUUUGE underneath basker, two cup holders, and a container you can place your keys or phone in. The stroller itself has a safety harnest that you can strap your litle one into once they outgrow the carrier part, it relcines for their comfort and even has a cup holder for their bottle or sippy cup. The only real problem I have with this travel sysem is its not the easiest to fold up and it can be bulky to fit in a vehicle. Luckily I have a large trunk otherwise I dont think I would be able to take it with me. All in all its a great travel system though it can be a bit aggrivating when you just want to make a quick run tot he store!
