I purchased the Live Watch Security system approximately one month ago based on internet reviews. I worked up the system I wanted on their web site and then reviewed the details with one of their customer service representatives before finalizing the purchase. They could not have been nicer or more helpful! The system arrived promptly and (though I had slight concerns) proved to be very easy to install. I have a vintage 1936 home with plantation shutters on all windows which made installing some of the sensors difficult. However, the instructions provided alternate installation options which worked like a charm! The system works perfectly and the customer service is with the best of the best! I highly recommend this company and security system.

I have been absolutely amazed with the way that SafeMart care, from the beginning they didn't try to sell me anything other than what I wanted and needed. The price of the equipment and a full year's monitoring (+ 3 free months) was still less than the competition. My rep was always available whenever I had another thought/question - the installation was simple, everything was clearly labeled and pre-configured. The tech that ran through the testing and activation and taught us how to use the system (which is really simple) was patient and thorough so that we feel completely comfortable with the working of our system. I love the remote so that we can have no delay on exit/entry set and then use the remote to arm and disarm the system from outside. Also at night, we simply arm the system with the remote from the bedroom. Everyone is helpful, professional and it feels as though we have made a friend . thanks !

I was looking for a wireless system for quite awhile,when I found safe mart. I'm usually very picky when I buy online I like to see products in person to check quality. I was very pleased to see the equipment when I opened it up. From the sensors to the touch simon panel it is quality stuff. The sales staff taylored a system to meet my needs and were a pleasure to deal with,and setup was a breeze. My only complaint and its a small one is you only get 4 window stickers. P.s. if you can afford it prepay for the year you get a better rate.

SafeMart has great prices for a very effective system, I love it! I had no problems with shipping it came right on time and the company helped walk me through set up, which took about half an hour, total. Everyone was so helpful, even when I was going through the buying process. I've had the system for about a month now and we tested out some of the features, it works great. No complaints here!

I spoke with their representative about the layout of our home and knew what was needed in a very short time. They got me a very competitive rate on monitoring, labelled the system pieces with the rooms they belonged in, and in 30 minutes I was done!! The system is expandable for many additional home functions. I even found a smoke detector online and now it's being monitored as well! I can set it from my smartphone if I forget when I'm walking out. (often) First Rate!! Thank you. Steve
