I bought this product thinking it would be fun to learn another language and it sounded easy from the television commercials about it. I know everyone learns a little differently and that can be tough. This product supposedly uses visualization as it's number one technique. I am an instructor myself so I know one thing works better for some and not at all for others, but I gave it a shot. Supposedly, you look at the pictures and listen to the phrase or word spoken in Spanish and after repeating it you know it. It says your brain will remember the words by the visual cue. What a waste of my time and money. They have an 800 number for help but I could never get through to complain about my concerns. I took it back after a week because I learned nothing at all after using it everyday. After I got my refund I saw another commercial for 'real users, not actors' and saw that only one of the people out of the 7 on the commercial actually said anything at all in another language. The whole Rosetta Stone thing is a farce. This is definitely not the way to learn another language.
