This product is a great investment. I have the professional version. It holds a lot and works great. My in-laws have the one size down and they enjoy it. It's easy to use, not difficult to clean. The injector kit is a good investment if it doesn't come with it. It was easy to learn to start injecting some of my food. I am a former Fine Dining manager and a gourmet cook, I know quality products when I use them.
