Small and lightweight toaster oven that comes with an adjustable rack and small roasting tray. The instructions says it is a 4 slice toaster oven but i'm not sure where to find bread small enough to get 4 slices into it. When toasting other items like bagels, frozen waffles, pop tarts ect they must be done one at a time which can be very time consuming . With only one heating element on the top and bottom, it's really impossible to get things toasted evenly. Things come out with a toasted line right above/below the element, and the rest is untoasted . Or if you leave it in longer, you get toasted on the edges and burned in the middle. Would much rather spend twice the money to get something that does a better job. Also do not place anything on top of the oven as it becomes very hot and will burn or melt anything that it comes into contact with including your hand. The glass door does not open and close easily as it has not tension arm to slow it down . The product is poorly constructed and cheaply made-. After a couple of months of use the exterior paint has started to chip and discolorations from the unit being poorly insulated leaving the exterior open to excess heat. The design of the controls are poorly designed and the timer is not accurate as I have check the timing with my digital timer and it varies by several seconds. So save up your money and buy a better unit. Even Heating The unite heats very unevenly Safety The unit is poorly insulated causing the outside of the unit to become extremely hot Ease of Cleaning Small hands needed to clean this unit and it does not come with a crumb tray to help with cleaning. Durability Cheap is the only word I can think of for this toaster oven Design Poor in design and safety

Rival's oven is a great oven to use for college students or someone that needs to go a lot. Unfortunately, be ready for some practice before using the oven properly. There are many shortcomings with this oven, but functionally it does cook properly. There's a lot of uneven toasting in the oven, especially how you set the bread and materials. The temperature knob maybe not as accurate, but it does give the same temperature everytime if you use it. Overall, I find that after all the shortcomings and understanding the quirks of the oven, it's quite useful. It's still very good to use, to cook (as long as you compensate for the quirks). Another problem is the bottom pan once it gets a lot of gunk on it it's hard to cleanup. In the end, I just keep mine with aluminmum foil so I don't bother to clean it. Recommended to buy? Only if it's really on sale.
