I absolutely love the Rival Fold N Store Griddle for all of it's non obvious innovations. First and foremost, it is unique in the fact that it has a dual griddle space that can be set to different temperatures. I also love the amount of space that is allotted for cooking on it. I like that while it offers a good amount of space, it doesn't take up too much space when it is stored away. It has an easy to clean surface and is very simple to operate. I guess the design could have been more dressed up but to tell you the truth, that doesn't even matter all that much. It is a great product that works very efficiently and it travels well too. It allows me to add more variety to how I prepare meals while at home or away from home. I love this thing!

I grew up learning to cook on my moms griddle and it was so simple to cook with. Needless to say when I decided to move out on my own I wanted one! My first place was typical a smaller two bedroom apartment, with a tiny kitchen. So I didn't have much room for a lot of kitchen gadgets, but my mom bought me this fold and store griddle as a house warming gift. It was perfect! It's simple to cook with and so easy to clean. When your done you just fold it up and I always just stored mine in a corner on the counter, as it was the main item I cooked with. I absolutely loved it and I've had it for a few years and it still works great! Performance Never had any problems with it, still heats up great and does its job. Durability I have owned mine for a few years and moved several times, dropped it enough and it has held up perfectly. Ease of Cleaning I always wipe it down while its still warm and all of the food particles just wipe right off without any hard scrubbing.

We put in an extra outlet in our kitchen to accomodate small appliances like this one, the Rival GRF405 Indoor Grill, to make cooking much easier for us. This grill folds up nicely and is relatively simple to clean; its material makes it difficult for food to get caked on it. We have never had to scrub it. Anything that you may want to grill on a flat surface can be cooked on it with no hassle; it heats up quickly but doesn't get so hot that it makes me uneasy. It doesn't burn things from heating up too fast. The heat is uniform-a pancake will cook at the same level no matter where it is placed. When my stovetop is full of other pans and pots, it is wonderful to still be able to grill something at the same time, like when I cook breakfast for a very large group in my home. Its been around quite a while and still works as well as it did when we bought it. The little trays around the edges catch batter and other things, so it doesn't drip all over the counter.

I love this grill. We use it for everything from pancakes to grilling fish and everything in between. I love how it easily folds for storage and the grill plates pop out so easy for cleaning. I just throw them in the dishwasher and wala no mess! The cord even wraps around the two feet so it isn't hanging loose which is a great plus. I also love having the ability to have two heat settings. Although I haven't used this yet I just like the idea of having the opportunity to if I needed to. Over all I highly recommend this grill for it's space saving and easy clean up.

I recieved this as a bridal shower gift and this has to be one of the most commonly used items in the kitchen, right behind the coffeemaker and toaster oven. Because it folds, I can store it in the front of the cabinet rather than deeper in where anyone limited on space knows, things get buried. The two zone temp control is great and responds quickly for cooking good eggs. High to medium high makes the eggs quickly set on the griddle and when immediatly turned down to low does cool down quick enough to not have to worry all that much about rubbery eggs. The non stick and large surface makes flipping them east without breaking the yolk. Also great for making 8 slices of french toast at a time. If there is an angle to the griddle to allow grease to flow off as found in comparable models, its not noticible. To me this is a benefit not only for making nicely shaped eggs but also stir-fry comes out better when your not constantly trying to pull the liquids back to the food. A good plastic spatula with a long straight edge does wonders for scraping the grease away from meat, no gravity required. I think every kitchen should have an electric griddle, this just happens to be one of the best.

I love kitchen gadgets, unfortunately I have a very small kitchen.  The Rival GRF405 indoor grill is a great little gadget to have, and it doesn't take up much space!  What more could you want!  This cooking grill is great because the entire cooking surface stays at the same temperature all around, no hot spots or cold spots.  I love the fact that the cooking surface is non-stick, so things will not stick and clean up is a breeze!  They instructions say the plates are dishwasher safe, but they are simple to pop out and clean up in the sink.  Each side has a removeable plate for easy cleaning.  Each side has their own adjustable temperatures, as well.  This works great if you are wanting to cook pancakes on one side and eggs on the other!  The one thing I didn't like was the grease trap (cup) is on the small side, so if you are cooking bacon, or somthing greasy you'll have to keep a careful eye out that you are not leaking grease.  We put a plate under the grill just to be on the safe side.  I love this grill, especially on Christmas morning... I can cook lots of pancakes or french toast and no one has to wait!  I highly recommend it!
