I LOVE this product. I actually was in a hurry when I picked it up, and I got it because the translucent shade looked exactly like my very pale skin tone. I put it over my foundation (which is reckon as well and is awesome) and it made my skin look really nice. You have to use a bit of it for it to show up, but I find that's the way it is with all powders I use. It looks really natural on my face, not caked at all. It makes it look like my skin is perfect and I'm not even wearing makeup, and it really matched my shade 100% I love the applicating brush. Like the powder, it is soft and light. I put the excess powder I had on the brush on my arm, and noticed my arm (which was in the light) was sparkling a little. I looked closer at the powder and saw that it had very subtle little sparkles in it. I went into the light and it gave my skin a natural, sparkling glow, like (for lack of a better word) a goddess or something. I LOVE this makeup, and I love all of Revlon's products that I've tried so far. I am 100% satisfied.

The Revlon Photoready Powder was not impressive to me at all in comparison to other Powder foundation compacts that I have used. I don't like the difficulty it takes to get the make up to show up on my skin. It seems to take a few layers to get it to look like it's actually on, which makes it feel heavy and unnatural looking. I also didn't really like the variety of shades that they offered, as I didn't think it was enough to find a really great match for me. I also didn't like the amount of powder that was in the compact. I felt like opening it, it was misrepresented. There was very little more than what you see through the clear part of the container that it was packaged in. It is a nice size to throw in your purse though.

I really dislike this new Revlon PhotoReady Powder. I needed something to wear for a photo shoot, and I was hoping that this would give my face an all natural look when wearing it. Instead, I felt like and it looked like I had just thrown on loose powder on my face, that it made me feel like I was wearing a mask. Horrible, not what I wanted. If that was the case, I would have just covered up with foundation. I don't like that the stores offer the different shades which are all sealed. There are no test samples for you to match the one closest to the shade of your skin. You have to go by just looking at it. There are only 3 basic shades so no in-between so you can pick something thinking it's a perfect match, only to get home and find out that it is completely off with your natural skin color! There has to be a better way to 1) select a color, and 2) dust it on face without leaving your face look like a geisha doll.
