I have been using Revlon ColorStay Mineral Mousse for about a year and I absolutely love it!! I have quite dry skin and lots of flaking in the cold, dry Michigan winters. Revlon ColorStay Mineral Mousse covers these patches perfectly - much better than department store brands. I have received numerous compliments on the appearance of my skin since I started using this product. My skin has an overall polished, smooth, wrinkle free look. This is especially nice for this over 40 year old. Revlon ColorStay Mineral Mousse has a very light feel on the skin. I hardly know I am wearing makeup. It lasts all day without touch ups. It has almost a creamy texture that helps with an even application. I also have a lot of red in my cheeks and chin. Revlon ColorStay Mineral Mousse evens out my skin tone without using a lot of concealers and other makeup products. I have used expensive department store brand and they have not worked as well as Revlon ColorStay Mineral Mousse.

I hate foundation. I guess I am an "au naturale" person, thought I don't intend to be - I just hate the way makup makes me look and feel. I always feel like a clown when I have it on. Maybe I've never learned to apply it properly. It's especially difficult for me to find a foundation that I like. The good: It's not sticky or too wet. It is really thick but feels light when you rub it in. I like the "powdery" feeling it has. It has good coverage while still being semi-sheer. Because it covers well, you don't have to put too much on, so it doesn't feel too thick. It has an SPF 20 without being greasy, sticky, or smelly.  The bad: When I open the tube, this greasy residue oozes out! I'm glad it's not on my face, but it sure makes a mess all over my fingers/counter/floor/clothes if I'm not careful.  Revlon ColorStay Mineral Mousse has a much different feel than most foundations. While it's not perfect, it's better than the other brands I've tried.
