**Redken Outshine 01 Anti-Frizz Polishing Milk** is a handy little product that helps tame wild and frizzy hair. Because it is a salon quality product, it costs a bit more than comparable products sold at mass market retailers.  If you have crazy hair like me and need a product to help tame it, this might be a good product for you, even at a higher cost.  You simply apply a small amount (and I STRESS small amount) to damp or dry hair and work through.  I prefer using this product with damp hair, as it is easier to apply evenly when hair is damp.  You really only need a very small amount, even for hair that is pretty long.  If you do use too much, it will make your hair look a bit oily.  For that reason, I did not give this product a higher rating. It seems to last several hours.  You can use it on dry hair for touching up, if necessary.  Be sure and only use a small amount! Overall, this is a good product.  It is definitely worth a try.  :)

I like this product a lot. I have really curly hair that's really dry and coarse and I like to straighten my hair once in a while. I use this product mostly when I straighten my hair to keep the frizz and fly aways down and to keep my hair looking soft and shiny. It definitely does its job! You don't need a lot of this polishing milk to keep your hair looking soft and beautiful! It also really helps keep the frizz down! I also like it because it doesn't make your hair look oily. It actually just makes your hair look naturally straight.  It's a little expensive though which is the downside. Another downside is that before you know it, its all gone--even if you barely used it! I think that for the price, they should add some more of the product to the bottle because I feel like you run out really quickly and I don't even straighten my hair often! But, it is a good product and it does what it claims so that's good.

one of my must have hair care products... and i've tried everything! my hair is naturally very curly and frizzy but i love to wear it straight. even with the best shampoo and flat iron i still have some frizz and humidity issues from time to time. this eliminates frizz completely while making my hair look super shiny and fresh. it has a great scent and is also lightweight so it never makes my hair look flat or greasy. that can be difficult to find in smoothing products. thank god for redken outshine. i definitely recommend this to everyone i know looking for frizz fighting hair care.   ps. they also have travel sizes perfect for your handbag!!

 I have thick, wavy, unruly hair that I like to straighten. I've tried many a product trying to tame the wily beast that is my hair. I finally read a review about this product and decided it couldn't hurt to try one more time. I bought it and used it that night and I have to say that it works. I don't have perfect results. I still have to blow dry out and use a hair straightener, but the Redken Outshine 01 Anti-Frizz Polishing Milk does work. I've used it on wet hair just towel dried out of the shower and I've used it to touch up and smooth hair i've just finished styling. It goes on light and doesn't leave any kind of a sticky residue. I particularly like the container that it comes in. It's a pump with a lid, so when traveling there is no risk of it getting smeared everywhere like so often happens with the tubes. Plus, I can use the pump one-handed while holding my blow drier in the other hand. Just what I need.

I don't have a lot of frizz, but I do get a lot of fly-aways when I flat iron my hair and wear it down.  I usually wear a ponytail, so I don't have to worry about it very often, but when I do wear my hair down, I want it to look smooth and shiny, and that's what **Redken Outshine 01 Anti-Frizz Polishing Milk **does for the most part. The consistency of this product is a little thicker than lotion.  The directions say you can apply it to either dry or damp hair, but I only use it on my dry hair.  I'll blow dry my hair, then flat iron it, then apply **Redken Outshine 01 Anti-Frizz Polishing Milk **to smooth things out.  I squirt a small amount in my hands and after rubbing them together, I glide my hands over my hair very lightly.  The end result is shiny, smooth hair that isn't weighed down at all.  This polishing milk, does fight the frizz, but it doesn't totally tame all my fly-aways, probably because this formula is really light.  Some styling products have the tendency to leave my hair feeling heavy or weighed down from the product, but this doesn't do that at all.  My hair is left soft and light.  I also l like the fact that this product contains shea butter, to moisturize my dry, sometimes over-processed hair.  I don't like that it contains parabens, but since it's a hair styling product, I don't mind too much. Overall, this is a great product.  Like I said, I don't have frizzy hair, so I don't know how this would work if you do, but it worked great for adding shine and reducing fly-aways.
