I love this conditioner.  I use it and the Fresh Curls shampoo nearly daily.  I have used it daily for many years now and I don't have issues with build up like you some times get with shampoos you use regularly.  I feel like I need to switch away from it for awhile.  It works beautifully with my wavy/curly hair.  I haven't found anything that works nearly as well as this stuff.  I have tried new products a few times over the years, but I always come back to this one, it just works the best.  My only issue with this product is that it really is not very safe.  If you look up the ingredients in it many are not good - they are toxic and linked to all sorts of bad stuff.  I really try to limit my exposure to toxins for a variety of reasons, so this product does make me a uncomfortable.  I wish it were less toxic.  But because it works so well I have a hard time replacing it.  Nothing works anywhere near as well, unfortunately.  But I'll keep looking.
