Great for kids!

5

So i was running out of ideas for what to get my child for his birthday. I did not want to get him video games because i want him to be more active, so instead, i got him a Razor Scooter, and it worked! He is much more active playing outside on it instead of being inside and playing games all day, and he loves it so much! I would totally recommend to to anyone for their kids!

I own 6 of these. My boys ride them all over!! They take a licken and keep tickin! Would highly recommend. Only issue is the folding mechanism does not work right on any of mine. I have a hard time folding them forget about kids ages 4- 9. I really don't fold them anyway. Also wish the hand cushions (grips) were made of a different material. They are a foam type material that break of easily.

Hours of fun and exercise.

My daughter learned to ride a scooter on one of these.  There have been some bad falls but as long as she has on a helmet there have been no lasting problems.  She's a big daredevil and screams down the driveway and around the bends.  All she can always say is can I go out and ride my scooter?  I think thank goodness for a toy that she loves that also gets her outside and exercising.  It's hard to find that these days.

AWESOME RIDE- Even adults (me ) rode it!

I have bought many scooters over the years, and this is the greatest.  Lightweight, and compact.  One time kids, kids dared my sister and I to ride it.  Well we were both zooming all over the parking lot, and wouldn't give them back. (Kids FORGET that WE were kids!!)   Really fun!

Fun Product--Wish It Held up Better

The Razr Scooter is a fun product that will have your kids flying down the hill in no time! The only downfall of the Razr Scooter is the fact that the foam has fallen off the handlebars at least twice in the past year we've owned ours. But, the kids don't seem to mind and enjoy hours and hours on their scooters! Love the price!

My kids LOVE their Razor Scooters!

My kids love their Razor Scooters! They ride these to and from school on most warm days. I love it because it is a good way for them to be active, along with a faster mode of transportation when we are in a hurry in the morning. My 8 year old boy has started to do some pretty fancy jumps and tricks on it, too! My only complaint would be that they are very difficult to fold up, which is a pretty important feature. One of our scooter's does not fold up at all, never did, and the other one takes too much effort. I will say this though: my kids have left them outside in the rain for days at a time, and they do not rust. This is awesome for the forgetful mom who has a hard time remembering when they are left outside! I would recommend this scooter as a quick and easy way for you kids to get around!

Razor Scooters, Oh What Fun!

We have had several of these, not because the quality but because they are so much fun! My boys would stay out for hours playing with these. They have attempted a couple of stunts, with safety gear of course, and they absolutely love it! My youngest son thinks they are cool because of how fast they can go. The convenience of these when needing to travel is terrific, they fold up easily and do not take up a lot of room. The padding on the handle bars is pretty thick and that helps with comfort and control. Much better than other brands. The price on these is very reasonable, nothing that will break the bank and for the amount of time the kids spend of them it is well worth it. They offer a great color selection as well, even pink for the girls. Over all, I think it is a great value for kids from 5-15. It has a weight limit of, I believe, 140 pounds. You could always upgrade to the Pro model, its weight limit is 220 pounds.

Kids love it

I have bought 4 of these for my kids, they absolutly love these scooters! They are so well made and sturdy that my kids can't ruin them if they try! And trust me they are not kind to toys! My son left his out all winter and it is still going strong! We left one of them when we moved across the country thinking we would be back in time for summer to get it. Well that didnt happen and my little girl was so upset that her brother had his and she didnt have hers so we bought her a new one for her Birthday. Her neighbor friend had one with a princess on it and it was plastic. It wasnt as well made at all and it was cheap looking. I love the sleek design of the raozor schooters and that you can get different colored wheels and handles. My husband loves that they are sturdy enough to hold him so he can ride it around the block and try to show off his skills. PLus he can still help the little ones when they are trying to learn how to ride on it.

i remember the christmas my sister and i got a scooter for christmas from santa.  we took it to my grandparents house and we all took turns riding it in the cold december air and we had a blast.    my daughter was so happy when she recieved HERS as a present.  this was her 2nd scooter..her first one was  a baby scooter and she loved it..but it was nothing like having a big kid one.    our neighbors little boy had his own and they loved going up and down the drive having races and seeing who could go the fastest (yes helmet is needed in this family..my daughter is a klutz).  what i love, is the fact we are outside (which isnt hard in this family) and the exercise she is getting.    that is the best part...she has no idea that she is exercizing and giving her little body a work out.  i think in this day and age that most parents worry about how much time outside and exercise their kids get (i do most definatly).  easy to stay inside with the millions of techonolgy things to keep us busy, tv and toys..but outside is where it is at!  this is a toy that both parents and kids will LOVE

Racer is a Great Starter Scooter

5

This was the first scooter I purchased for my grandson when he was four years old.  He used it for four years and still has it. It did rust a little but that does not affect using it.  It's s a great scooter to start with rather than a plastic scooter.  He became very agile and fast on it.  It folds to a smaller size and easy to transport.  One of the foam handle covers wore and I understand it can be replaced.  Since my grandson is now ten years old, we're passing this scooter on to a younger child in the neighborhood to have fun with and master.  The scooter gives the kids plenty of exercise and watching them master skills riding this product has been enlightening.  To see the little boy go from learning how to balance and use his legs, to learn how to slow down and stop safely is remarkable.  This is a well constructed toy and lasts a long time when maintained properly.  Leaving it outside in inclement weather is definitely going to ruin it.  We kept it stored indoors most of the time or under a tarp when it is left outside during the summer.  This was a great toy and brought him lots of fun.  BTW, my grandson is autistic!
