Great dirt bike

I bought this for my 6 year old for his birthdays some may call me crazy but he wears a full face helmet. Anyways this direct bike is made well and he has hours of fun. We get ally charge it everynight and it last the day. I would say he rides it well over an hour a day and it still have power. I have also rode it and it pulls my weight well. He has so much fun! I don't really think this product is meant for teenagers because a teenager would be to big. I can ride it but it's not comfortable. My kids 6 and 8 are the perfect size and have a blast.

The Razor Dirt Rocket is not as good as a gas operating dirt bike by far. I actually ended up returning this bike one that operates off of gas. The bike itself was nice - I like the construction and the color and was impressed by it's speed and ability to handle off road riding. It seemed to offer a bit of excitement to regular hiking. What I didn't like was it's ability to hold a charge. For a teenager who likes to ride all day, this bike's battery simply could not hold up. The hiking trails are often longer than the half our charge capability and there's no where to charge it for the ride back home. Rolling the bike back is a real pain too. I think that my overall dissatisfaction with the bike can be attributed to the battery alone. Everything else wit it was perfectly fine and in tuned with what I tough I wanted. I ended up returning it and swapped for a gas engine because they are more predictable - I know when I am going to run out of gas and can be prepared for that. The battery does not give much of a warning and you have to keep track of time that has gone by which can be difficult to do when your mind is on other things.

Good bike but takes forever to recharge

I purchased the Razor MX350 Dirt Rocket for my niece and it is a low to mid level quality bike, but it has provided hours of enjoyment. There was some minor assembling of the wheels and handles bars before riding, but most of the time prior to it's first use was spent charging the battery. I was instructed to charge this battery for well over 20 hours before using it for the first time, which can feel like an eternity for a 4 year old. Once fully charged I tested it out first for safety. The maximum weight capacity of this bike is 140 lbs, but at 160 lbs I was able to ride around for a couple of minutes without experiencing any drag or significant wheel compression. I was really impressed with the speed of this bike and it's ability to climb little hills without stalling. The hand rear back brake activates immediately upon touch, but it doesn't have a sudden jarring effect that can cause major drifting. My only complaint for this bike is that the battery is only usable for about 30 minutes before performance slows down. I wouldn't have a problem with it if the recharging process didn't take a full work day for 30 minutes of fun. I would still recommend the Razor MX350 Dirt Rocket because it is an excellent introduction to dirt bikes at an affordable price.

Awesome little dirt bike

I bought one of these for my daughter when she got interested in off road biking. It is the perfect size for her and packs enough power to meet her needs at her size without being too powerful. It is extremely sturdy and my husband was able to use it as well when testing it features and power before letting her have it. It runs off a rechargeable battery that can run for about half an hour at a time and takes roughly twelve hours to fully charge. I do wish the run time lasted longer on the battery but sufficient for her at this point in time. I do like that the handlebars are height adjustable to tailor better to the current rider. It is a bit heavy, around seventy pounds, so it can be hard for her to pick back up after a fall but my daughter never rides by herself unsupervised so this is not too big a deal since someone is always there to help her if she needs it. The throttle and brake are both located on the handle bars making them easily accessible for the rider. There is some assembly required upon purchase out of box but nothing too complicated or time consuming. Easily completed within thirty minutes.

My husband recently purchased one of these Razor MX350 Dirt Rocket bikes over the summer. He said it was a gift for my "daughter", but I knew better. This was really something that he wanted to play with. We have another one of these little bikes, but it is an older model, and that one held up great. This one seems to be May just as well. Razor is not a brand that I used to associate with good quality items, but over the past year, I'm not sure whether they have upped their standards or I just never realized what great products they had before. We own many Razor products and they are all excellent. But back to this bike, this is an awesome bike! We live on about 3 acres, most of it wooded. We do have trails set up for our regular dirt bikes, but these little guys can run the rough terrain just as well. They are extremely easy to use, anyone could figure it out. All you do is charge up the batteries and go. The battery seems to have quite a long life and doesn't weaken overtime. I would definitely recommend these bikes to anyone maybe looking to start their child out in riding, but aren't quite ready for the price tag of a regular dirtbike or the power. These are great for beginners.

Awesome Dirt Rocket!

My brother-in-law bought two Razor MX350 Dirt Rockets for my sons and they absolutely love them! Our home sits on about an acre and the boys ride them like crazy in the summertime. We have two 4 wheelers and two dirt bikes so the kids loved receiving these (that they were actually aloud to ride). You can charge the dirt rockets in a standard volt outlet. They charge pretty quickly and will run all day on a single charge. I am not sure if the Razor Dirt Rockets come in other colors but both of my sons have the yellow ones. Like I said, it's great for the kids to be able to get out there and enjoy the bikes with their older cousins who are aloud to ride on the dirt bikes. They look really cool ( very similar to our Honda bikes). I would definitely recommend these as a great gift for any kids interested in four-wheeling and dirk bikes, they're a lot faster and the boys like them way more then all of their other toys!
