Haplf the time I buy rave hairspray the can sprays a hard sream instead of spray. I'm done with them.

I don't always use hairspray, but when I do, it's Rave 4x Mega Non Aerosol Hair Spray. I've trusted Rave for my hairspray needs since back in the day of 80's hair. It holds my hair like no other product can. The style of my hair has changed a lot over time, but the effectiveness of Rave 4x Mega Non Aerosol Hair Spray has not. Where I spray it, my hair stays put. I love that it's non aerosol. I have a low tolerance for noxious fragrances and aerosols typically irritate that. No worries with this product. I get a great hold, without the gag, and without going broke. A bottle of Rave is less than three bucks at my local store, and it lasts and lasts. Granted, I don't use it every day, but one small bottle easily lasts me a month. My only negative feedback about this product is that the pump sprayer seems to get clogged an awful lot. That's easily remedied though, by taking the little cap off and dipping it into hot water to free the clog. Otherwise, perfection.

I am highly disappointed with Rave hairspray. 20 years ago, it was one of my "go to" brands, but through the years it has become more of a sticky mess that is hard to wash out of your hair, than a dependable product. It will hold your hair in place, but you almost need a special shampoo to get it out of your hair!

I have been using this product (non-aerosol) since I was a teenager. I am now in my early 30's, and I would be so heartbroken if this product were removed from the shelves. This hairspray is very affordable, and very effective. I have extremely thick hair that is sometimes difficult to manage, and Rave does it's job. I have found that Rave holds better than most other hairsprays. And the scent of it isn't so bad either. If you use too much, or if you don't wash it out before spraying again, it will sometimes cause flakes in your hair. It does not damage your hair though. Like I said, I have been using this for about 20 years, and I was always worried about it causing damage to my hair. Never happened though. The only complaint that I do have about this product is I feel the manufacturing company of this product is a bit deceitful and dishonest. A few years back, when the economy started getting rough, they changed the bottles from 14 fl. oz to 11 fl. oz.. The pricing of the bottles did not change. I understand that a lot of companies had to downsize their products due to the economy going under. However, they never made customers aware of it. It's like they tried to be sneaky about it. They could have had something printed on the bottles like "New look" or "new size", something to that effect. When I realized on my own that the bottles were being made smaller, I felt betrayed. I have been loyal to this brand/product for so long, and I just felt cheated. Obviously, I have gotten over it though. And I do continue to use the product. I seriously couldn't live without it. It completes my beauty routine on a daily basis.

Words cannot describe how much I absolutely adore Rave Mega Hair Spray. Rave Hair Spray has been around for years and it is still the best hair spray out there. Rave Hair Spray has hair sprays that range from regular hold to the 4x Mega Hold which leaves your hair set the way you want it. And yet, it brushes out and shampoos out easily and clean. Rave Hair Spray leaves absolutely no residue on your hair after washing. If you color or perm your hair, Rave Hair Spray will not damage your hair or dry it out. It leaves your hair extremely shiny and does not dull your hair color. I have to admit that I tried tons of new hair sprays that have come out on the market and I always make my way back to Rave. I love it. Iti s a keeper.

The Rave 4x Mega Hair Spray Non Aerosol Unscented is a great product. I have used this product for years on my hair because I haven't found anything else that holds as good as Rave 4x Mega Hair Spray Non Aerosol Unscented. The hold lasts all day, and doesn't flake out or weigh your hair down. I have tried other hairspray products but none have been as effective as Rave 4x Mega Hair Spray Non Aerosol Unscented. I don't use hairspray often but when I do I always use Rave 4x Mega Hair Spray. It doesn't take much of the product to get the hold you want. It doesn't smell bad like other hairsprays and you aren't left in a cloud of stinky fumes. The product is pretty inexpensive which is great because it's a quality product for low price. I'm always looking for ways to save more money but still get a quality product. Rave 4x Mega Hair Spray Non Aerosol Unscented is the best hairspray I've ever used and I would recommend it to anyone.

Now i know there is alot of people out there who have to use their hair spray. and when they do they spray their hair as they hold their breath and hurry run out of their room and go to another room to finally breath... i dont know about you people bout i hate that and stinky smelling hairsprays along with the hassle thats why i suggest rave unscented hairspray.. finally no worrying about holding your breath and running into another room just to use your hairspray.. and not to mention this is what you spend your money on right? so why do you have to suffer when useing it.. you shouldnt...so heres your solution..another thing i like is that raves hairspray is not expensive and it does not ever weigh your hair down which is really nice.. because most hairspary do.  All i have to say about this hairspray over all is great.. it works great leaving you feeling great.. who doesnt love to feel great?

ok to start with im not a person that has a lot of time to try underline try and look good. im a single mother and when the time comes that i want to look nicei always buy rave hairspray.its soo inexpensive and really does work really well. for the price i always thought that it wouldnt work as well but thats not the case.i love how its non aresol and its not sticky or gets hard and defintly no flakes espically if your wearing black.ewww!! other brands im not mentiong names tend to make you feel greasy weigh you down or make you the awful helmet head from the 80s!!thank goodness i didnt live back then because i would be reaching for this product all the time sorry no aqua nett here lol!! the only thing i have a problem with is the annoying smell. is is supposed to smell good or bad. i get mixed reviews when i wear this hairspray.some people say wow your hair smells good or they say i dont like that smell what is it well you be the judge....

I have been using Rave 4x Mega hair spray for a short time, but I can say that it is one of my favorites. I don't usually use hair spray because I don't like the awful alcohol smell and stickiness. This one has a good smell and holds my hair for hours longer than other sprays. I prefer to use non aerosol because of the ozone. I also won't buy aerosol because they don't just spray on your hair, but also on the bathroom counter and my clothes. With this hair spray, I just spritz my hair a few times and I'm done. I don't remember how much I pair, but I usually won't pay more than four or five bucks for this kind of product. I would recommend this hair spray.

Way back when (20 years ago) I was doing my friends hair for her wedding. I brought my hair bag to which contained all the special salon hair sprays and tools (back when I did hair for a living). I was honored to do her hair for her special day and everything hair was falling right in place and I was very happy.  I went for my hair spray and she stopped me to ask if I could use hers.  OK, I want the bride to be happy on her day so I did as I was asked.  She had a bottle of **Suave Rave 4X mega hold**(unscented and non-aerosol). This hair spray ROCKS! I noticed how fast it took hold and kept the hair in it's place. It wasn't even sticky.  I was very impressed.  20 years later this is the only hair spray I will use. I have purchased other salon sprays over the years, but always came back to **Rave.**  I didn't like the sticky feeling from the salon sprays,  really hated the smell of them and the prices were nuts. **My final say:** Rave is a great simple product that works!  It holds, not sticky, doesn't weigh down hair, no funky odors and won't kill your pocket book.  A little goes a long way.  Note (Suave products were always a happy sight when I worked in a salon...they are pure and won't coat the hair shaft so perms and colors turned out great).  From my personal experience working with hair,  if someone would ask me to recommend a store product...It would be a Suave product).
