If you spend a lot of time making custom cupcakes the last thing you are going to want to do is risk transporting them in a box where they could slide around. The trouble with most cupcake holders and carriers is the size of them when they aren't being used. This cupcake container can carry about two dozen regular sized cupcakes and about fifty mini tart sized cupcakes. You do need to make sure that the two sections are connected together correctly or you will end up with cupcakes falling out of the bottom section. The top and bottom sections are clear but over time this can get hazy if you wash it out with a scrubber pad. I have never had any problems with this carrier regardless of how it was used; if you need to transport a cake or want something to protect sweets during the summer when having picnics or parties outside this is a good pick because of the size of it and that the sections can be stacked with little effort.

I have had the luxury of using one of these at our birthday parties for the past two years because we do cupcakes instead of cakes (less mess!). The Progressive International Collapsible Cupcake & Cake Holder has it all. First of all, it collapses down to only take up half of its size, which is a lot of space. The inserts fold out to create a beautiful display rack for a whole set of cupcakes...not just half of a batch like most holders. The display/carrier racks have fairly deep holes for the cupcakes to sit in, which keeps them from rocking around in the carrier while in transit. Keeps the icing from bumping into one another and keeps the cupcakes from falling over due to them being top heavy from the icing. The lid latches on securely in three different places so there is no fear of it popping loose while you're carrying it. Obviously, a lot of thought was put into this carrier and it is wonderful!

The Progressive International Collapsible Cupcake & Cake Holder is a great value as you get two storage spaces for the price of one. You can either store a cake or cupcakes. Like most Mothers you usually are taking cupcakes to school for parties and this is a great way to carry them. It holds upto 24 cupcakes and they are in individual recesses for easy removal.
