I love to use Plymouth Pantry's Almond Bark. It is a cheaper and easier alternative to using white chocolate in recipes. I use this a lot during the holidays, especially Christmas! IT is easy to melt-on the stove or in the microwave. It is so smooth and has a great flavor. I use it to dip pretzels, cookies, fruits, and homemade candies like truffles. It makes a great coating. Everyone loves my treats when I dip them in Almond bark!
