I have bought alot of bluetooth headsets. When I purchased a Plantronics 2 years ago, I loved it. The sound quality was great. Then my husband used it one day and that was the last time I saw it. So I bought another bluetooth headset and it was trouble from day one. I tossed it when I saw the Plantronics Voyager Pro bluetooth headset. I was skeptical at first because of the piece that goes behind your ear and I wear glasses so I did not think it would work. Was I ever wrong! It is so comfortable. It doesn't interfere with my glasses at all. And it feels so much more secure in my ear. From the headset you can turn it off/on, volume up/down, check your battery level, mute, last number redial, end the call, and voice dialing. The mic boom swivels up when you're not using it. It comes with different kinds of ear tips so that you can choose what feels best in your ear. It lists a talk time of 6 hrs and a standby time of 5 days. It doesn't take long to charge. It comes with a wall charger. Most important though is the sound quality. It is amazing. I can hear better than ever and my caller can hear me with no problems. I've even had it out on some very windy days and not had any interruptions in sound. My mom can't even tell when I call her on my cell phone because she said it sounds as good or better than a landline phone now. I am loving the Plantronics Voyager Pro and haven't found anything as a con yet.

I'm still discovering all the nifty features of this headset, but here's what I've learned so far... Pros: - It's very comfortable to wear and after about 20 minutes, I forgot it was there. It comes with silicone and foam eartips in different sizes, so it's easy to find one that fits best. Overall, the headset is bigger than some of the newer ones I've seen on the market, but I think the comfort plus the features outweigh the size as a possible con. - The sound quality and noise-blocking technology works very well. I did not have to yell or strain to talk directly into the microphone to be heard. - I'm new to the A2DP technology and am amazed with all the things I can now do with the headset. You can stream music, podcasts and even GPS directions if your phone has that capability. The streaming gets paused if there is a call coming in. - You can charge the headset with the USB cord or the AC Adapter, both are included. - The headset comes with a 1 year trial membership of Vocalyst. Vocalyst basically enables you to use voice commands to check e-mails, text messages, Twitter feeds, etc. You can also reply by just talking into the headset. I don't yet know how much this membership is after the trial year... - Voice alerts for low battery, talk time left, etc. Cons: - Don't really have any at this point :)

***Bottom-Line***: Small, extremely lightweight, attractive, and functional, the *Plantronics*** Voyager PRO Bluetooth Headset** fits my modest needs, and does it in style.   Question: what is a Bluetooth enabled smart-phone or two without a great Bluetooth headset to accompany it, or them?  Incomplete, I'd say, and lonely.  After receiving my new Bluetooth enabled *BlackBerry Storm II 9550 Smartphone*, I went searching for the perfect Bluetooth headset to complement it.  Since I also carry a Bluetooth enabled personal phone from time-to-time, I needed a Bluetooth headset that could connect to two phones at once.  Enter the **Plantronics Voyager PRO Bluetooth Headset.**    **Pairing** The **Voyager PRO Bluetooth Headset** is fitted with *QuickPair* and *Multipoint Technologies* that allows you to seamlessly and quickly pair the headset without having to enter a four digit code with more than one Bluetooth enabled device.  This is the primary reason I bought this Bluetooth headset and I have not been disappointed in its functionality; so far it works flawlessly. **Sound Quality** The sound quality of the ***Voyager PRO*** headset is stellar.  I have not had those problems hearing the other party and I can hear just fine even at highway speeds in excess of 70 miles an hour.    **My Viewpoint** Small, extremely lightweight, attractive, and functional, the *Plantronics*** Voyager PRO Bluetooth Headset** fits my modest needs, and does it in style. The **Voyager PRO**'s fold-up microphone design cleverly combines compactness with functionality for a novel, well-engineered and well-implemented package.

I really get tired of buying a bluetooth headset, just to find out it doesn't work right, drops calls, or has really bad sound quality. Finally, I found something that works! I get crystal clear sound, it hasn't dropped a single call, and it hasn't malfunctioned or stopped working. RIGHT ON! Thanks Plantronics!

This product has crisp clean sound and the outside noise is reduced by the wonderful sound quality of the Plantronics speaker system. The product is a universal bluetooth and easily pairs with numerous cell phones(any cell phone carrier as well). This product is well worth the price!
