I am totally addicted to these flossers and use them several times a day. I love their convenient size and the minty flavor. They do an excellent job cleaning in between my teeth and the floss is very strong so it can get into tight areas without splitting or getting stuck. My entire family uses these (my husband, my mom lives us, and both kids ages 10 and 11) and they enjoy the flossers too. My husband was the one to bring them home in place of regular string floss and at first I was like "oh no, you can't change our floss" but I tried them and have loved them ever since! We got through a couple of bags a month and there are 36 per bag. They price out around 3.00 per bag, but can be picked up on sale 2 for 3.00 every once in a while and that is when I stock up. These flossers are available at supermarkets and drug stores and also on line retailers like amazon.com and walmart.com. I would highly recommend these to anyone and would point out that they are kid friendly and work well as part of any regular dental hygiene program.

Ehh. I totally understand how these Plackers are convenient to stick in your purse, as they don't take up very much room and you don't have to make a big show of awkwardly pulling out a big old wad of dental floss. These are much easier (and much less awkward than that). However, I never liked these. The times that I tried them, they would always get stuck between my teeth and it would take a little more energy trying to get them unstuck than I would like. And because I would need to use such force, my gums seemed to bleed much more. I would also always need a mirror to guide me in using them because you have to angle them just right to get between the correct teeth. With regular floss, it is so easy to use it without needing any visual assistance. They are inexpensive, I give you that, but I won't be buying them for myself or my family again. Too much effort for not enough gain in my opinion.

These are a decent flossing alternative and much more convenient to regular floss. They are not as strong as other floss picks, but they do have a mint flavor, which is a bonus. I bought these on a really good sale, so I am not sure that I would buy them without a good sale price.

I have been using Plackers Mint dental flossers for a few years. They are small and convenient to carry. When you go out to eat, you can easily slide one in your pocket and go! Also much more discreet than using normal string floss. They even have a little toothpick on the opposite end. The only downfalls I have with this product is that sometimes the floss shreds a little bit, and the toothpick could stand to be slightly thinner. Otherwise, this is a great product that I would recommend to people.

When my son was 3, the dentist said we needed to start flossing his teeth. If you have never flossed another person's teeth before, it's totally different than doing your own. It is a lot harder. I tried different floss brands and these were by far the easiest. They glide through little teeth much easier than anything else we tried. I would definitely recommend them!

I really like these mint Plackers flossers. The floss is very strong and doesn't shred. I also have very tightly placed teeth and the floss is thin enough that it goes nicely inbetween my teeth without getting stuck. The mint flavor is really nice too. It tastes good and is quite refreshing. The plastic part is nice and sturdy too. I haven't had any break on me yet. I think these are really handy devices and so much nicer than having to wind floss around your finger. Getting our kids to floss regularly is a cinch with these. They happily use them without complaint. These flossers are so easy and convient to use that no one has an excuse not to floss now. They are more expensive than a roll of cheap floss, but it is worth it.

I just started using the Plackers Hi-Performance Flossers in mint and I am very impressed. I prefer to floss with flossers and these are probably the best quality that I have used. The floss itself is very durable and strong. It doesn't shred, which is a problem I have had in the past with other flossers. Plus, the angle of the flosser itself is nice because its possible for me to get to the back of my mouth. It would be nice if it had more of a grip on it, because sometimes its difficult to grasp when my hands are wet, but aside from that, I am very pleased with the product and I would strongly recommend it to anyone who likes to use flossers on their teeth. I couldn't really taste the mint taste, but its a huge plus that it wasn't a bad taste either. The package that I bought had a little case in it which was nice, but there was only room for a couple of flossers so it wasn't ideal for travel more than just a few nights. But night, unexpected addition nonetheless.

I floss regularly and when I saw the Plackers Dental Flossers I thought they would make flossing a little easier. While it is more convenient means of flossing instead of having to constantly pull floss out and try to fit your hand inside your mouth to reach the very back teeth, I somewhat had a hard time with the Plackers flossers. I don't know if it is because my teeth are really close together with not a lot of space in between or what the problem is. I had no problem getting the flosser down in between my teeth, but I had a really difficult time getting it back out, and I have a few teeth that have fillings, and it felt like I was going to pull the filling out because I was pulling so hard. Another thing I didn't like about the flossers is that there is just that little strip of floss on there, so I had to either use quite a few flossers to floss my teeth or had to wash the food particles off of it each time I flossed between a tooth. On the upside, the mint flavor really refreshed my mouth/gums. These aren't very expensive, and I've often seen them on sale at drugstores such as Walgreens. As for me, though, I think I will just stick with my regular floss.

I have used Plackers Dental Flossers Fors a couple of months now and they have been a pretty good floss substitute. By substitute, I don not mean that they replace the need to floss, just the need to use the more difficult, straight from the little white box, old-fashioned type floss. I floss my teeth on a nightly basis, or when needed. Often times I use the same floss pick over and over again for a while, instead of throwing it out after one use. These floss picks are durable enough that I can use the same one for a week and the floss does not break. I have tight teeth, too which makes it all the more impressive when the floss does not break easily. One thing I wish was different is the packaging. Although it is a re-sealable package, it does not state whether or not the picks are recycleable. In most cases, a non-existant recycling symbol means that they cannot be recycled, in which case my issue is not with the packaging, but with the product. I probably would not even think about it except for that the last brand I had were, so I got in the habbit of recycling them. Overall, they are a good replacement for the old-style of floss.

I just LOVE this product! Plackers Dental Flossers are such a great product I truly don't know how I lived without them, oh yeah I never flossed regularly until I bought these flossers! I know that sounds terrible but I have the unfortunate problem of having overly crowded teeth which makes flossing with dental floss very difficult, My dentist recommended that I try using some floss picks so I picked up Plackers Dental Flossers and have been flossing regularly since! They are so easy to use that my kids are flossing regularly too! I like the Micro mint they leave a nice fresh minty taste in my mouth that makes my mouth and teeth feel so clean. teh price is great and the floss is durable and strong. The package actually states that it is "The same fiber used to make bulletproof vests" now that should be strong. I thought that was actually an odd thing to put on the package but hey I guess if that is waht they use then they can put it on the package! By the way the flossers come in a nice resealable bag to keep them fresh and clean until they are all gone.
