Normally, I bake all of my cakes myself, from scratch. If I don't have time, I go to Pillsbury. I love their golden butter cake recipe because it tastes like I spent hours in the kitchen baking it! It has a wonderful texture and taste-not too buttery or strong-just right! I over-cooked cupcakes the last time I baked them and was terrified that they would not taste right! They were a little brown on top-well actually, they were quite brown, but they were nice and moist inside and tasted great! This is also the cake mix that Wilton uses in their decorating classes!
