I have been using Picnik to edit my photographs for about 2 years and I love it.  The feature I like best is the cropping tool for I can take a group picture and use it for individual pictures also by cropping.  My other favorite feature is allowing me to frame or place a border around the shots to make them look finished.  I seldom post a picture on my blog or Facebook without re-touching it in Picnik.  There is an advanced feature you can purchase but the free part gives me most all the tools I use.

I was thrilled to find out about picnik.com!  As a busy mom of three small children who takes lots of pictures, I am pleased with the variety of photoshopping capabilites of picnik.com.  It does everything that picasa does, except a lot more!  There are the cropping, sharpen, rotate, resize and red eye removal features, but picnik foes further with features like cross process, sephia, boost, lomo-ish, hoogla-ish, cinamascope, 1960's and my personal favorite, vingette.  I have used picnik.com to doctor up my pictures and I am often being asked if they have been professionally taken.  I love that I can use picnik.com instead of spend hundreds on proffessional pictures.  For each holiday picnik.com offers fun extras, like snow for Christmas, goblin eyes for Halloween, etc.  You can add text to pictures, too.  They offer a very wide variety of fonts.  There are even touch up fixes with eye brightning and teeth whitening included.  I use the free version and I am very happy with it!
