Every once in a while I can't resist trying out a new lipstick. In my experience, plumping lipsticks tend to feel like they are stinging or even burning. But the label on Physicians Formula Plump Palette Plumping Lip Color promised a gentle feeling plumping action. And I liked the four shades for blending, so I gave it a try. It does feel very gentle, with just a mild tingling sensation. And it doesn't feel dry, but somewhat like a tinted lip balm. I got the Browns selection, and it has four nude shades, all matte, which I prefer. The colors are all pretty similar, but I like that better than getting a package of four different colors and then not being able to use one or two of them because the shades are nothing like what I would wear. Some of the other color selections have pearlized shades if that is what you like. If you're looking for a nice selection of colors in a plumping lipstick, I would recommend this.
