The Phil & Ted's Me Too hook-on high chair is an excellent item for any parent of little ones. The simple twist mechanism to secure the seat is practical and offers a safe attachment to a table or counter top. The hook-on chair is very compact and collapses flat. This makes it easy to tote along either within a bag or backpack, or carried alone. The material cleans up easily and is neutral enough to match any décor if you are looking for something to keep setup in your kitchen for long periods of time. The seat fits most tables, but is limited to attaching to a thickness that fits within the clamps. On rare occasion, our family has encountered tables or counters that are just too thick for the Me Too to clamp on. When that happens, we have opted for a restaurant supplied high-chair as a backup. The convenience of this item cannot be understated. It's simple for use at home or when traveling, compact enough to tote along with ease, and offers a safe and secure location for baby with sturdy clamps and harness belts.

This is a great portable high chair for small spaces and travel. The seat is cloth so it folds up easily and does not take up much storage space. It is easy to keep in the kitchen for convenience. To use, just clamp the ends on a sturdy surface per the instructions. I was a little skeptical at first with my son who was about 25 pounds but he sat in it fine and I did not think he was in danger even when wiggling around. It gave him a lot of room to move around but he was secure with the seatbelt which is adjustable. Nice to have for friends coming over with children. We always bring it with us on vacation. Sturdiness Looks a little precarious but is not. Durability Very durable fabric and metal. Will save for the next child. Design Compact design great for small spaces. Safety Safety straps kept him safe and clamps were sturdy. Definitely good for a toddler. Ease of Cleaning Easy to wipe up a mess as it is a durable fabric. Can hold over the garbage to wipe away crumbs.

A friend told us about the me too before we headed on a trip to the East Coast.  Wow do I wish I had known about it before!  It's a travel high chair-- it weighs 2.2 lbs and folds completely flat.  We took it everywhere we went on our trip.  And it will hold your child until they weigh 40 lbs.  It was perfect for dinner at a friend's house, restaurants without highchairs, random airport time... It clips on to almost any table quickly and easily.  My daughter loved it too-- I think she particularly liked feeling like she was at the same level as everyone else at the table no matter where we were.  I couldn't believe how secure it is given how small. The only drawback I can think of is that each time we went through security they had to stop and re-scan it.  We never got stopped, I guess they just don't get a lot of things that look like that in the x-ray machine at the airport. If you plan to travel even just a little with your baby, the me too will make your life easier!

The phil & teds metoo high chair is GREAT to take along with you when you are out and about.  It's good to have along when you visit family or friends' homes for a meal.  But I especially love it to take along with us when we go out to eat in a restaurant.  Have you ever really looked at the high chairs they provide in restaurants?  They are FILTHY!  I don't think they ever clean them and I refuse to put my child in one of them.  I toyed with the idea of making a fabric cover that would slip over the high chair to offer some protection for my child.  But I was worried that some of the germs might soak through the material.  There is also the problem that not all restaurant high chairs are the same size and I was afraid that any cover I made might not completely cover all the high chairs.  Holding my daughter in my lap during a meal is not an option, because then it is impossible for me to eat and my daughter not only makes a mess of her own food, but of mine as well.  That's when I came across this chair online and ordered it.  Now I won't go out without it.  It fastens directly to the table, so you don't have a high chair in the middle of the aisle getting in everyone's way.  It's safer for my daughter and she feels more comfortable being on the same level as everyone else.  So far I have not found a table that this chair would not attach to.  I was a little concerned that it may not be sturdy enough to support her weight (despite the fact that she is well below the maximum weight recommendation specified), but I eased that concern by always placing a regular chair below the high chair (or attaching it above a booth seat).  There is not a lot of space between the regular chair seat and the high chair, so if it would happen to come off, she will simply land on the regular chair and not be hurt.  Myself or my husband are always sitting beside her when she's in this chair, and we don't leave enough room for there to be a danger of her falling to the floor if the high chair would happen to come off the table.  This is just a precautionary measure that we prefer to take.  The chair has NEVER fallen and seems to fit very tightly.  All and all, I highly recommend this chair who frequently travel or go out to eat a lot.

The Phil and Teds meToo portable high chair should be every parents number one registry item or purchase.  This item makes eating out with a little one a pleasure, whether it is at a restaurant, on vacation or at grandma's house.  After trying my daughter in a few restaurant high chairs, it didn't take us long to realize she behaved well in some and fussed in others.  In my quest for consistency, my internet search led me to this lifesaver. We take this with us to each restaurant.  My daughter can sit beside me in a booth rather than in the aisle at the end of the table.  She is more protected this way and enjoys being like mommy and daddy.  It is super portable, easy to attach as well as sturdy & safe.  It is also easier to feed my daughter when she is beside me.  With the weight limit, we will be able to use this chair for an extended time period making it well worth the purchase price. I have had this chair on booth tables, round tables, regular dining tables and island style bars with no problems.  I have only found one table that I was unable to use the chair on and it was a really thick custom-made table at a local mexican restaurant.  Because the attachment bars aren't ridiculously long like on some other brands, it fits on more table styles.  Safety is not comprimised at all because the bars are shorter.  This is just a well designed, wonderful product.

We bought this chair after seeing a friend use it on a trip.  This chair is amazing!  We quickly started using only this one and got rid of our high chair and booster seat.  The chair clips right to the table, so the baby is next to you while you're eating.  We clip ours right over a place mat, so the place is kept clean.  We used it for our daughter who is now 4 until she hit the weight limit, now we use it for our son who is 16 months old.  While he is learning to use utensils, we put newspaper under the chair (no highchair legs to get in the way!) and just fold the paper up and throw it out when he is done.  The chair is lightweight and folds up easily to be packed. The only con I have discovered is that it is difficult to clean.  There is no way to take the cover off, so about once every few days we take it off the table and scrub it clean.  It is such a pain we try to get by with spot cleaning in between, but with a baby eating yogurt it doesn't stay clean long!

I was able to score this high chair on the clearance rack at my local store and was beyond excited!  It folds up completely flat (even flew across the country with me in my suitcase and hardly took up any space) and wipes down relatively easy (would be easier if the cover came off but we can't have it all, right?)  The only problems with this is the metal bars that attach the chair to the table scratched my table up.  I don't know if its the type of table I bought or not or perhaps I let my son sit in it too long, likely but I wasn't too pleased with that.  It also doesn't expand enough to actually fit my bar where I had originally purchased it for.  We have thick granite countertops with a lip that is JUST too thick for this high chair to fit on.  BUMMER!  Beyond that, we've been pleased with this high chair and would recommend to friends as long as you don't put TOO heavy of a child in it and it fits your table/bar.

By far, the Phil and Ted's Me Too chair was one of the best baby item purchase we made.  As soon as our child was big enough to sit up on his own, we started using this chair when we went out to eat.  Its so light and easy to store, we just keep it in the back of our vehicle (cargo area or trunk).  It folds flat, so its also an easy item to carry into a restaraunt.  Just about everytime we use it, someone compliments it and wants to know where we purchased it.  Its worth its price just for every time we were able to avoid putting our child into a yucky, germ infested restaurant high chair.  He loves to sit in the booth beside one of us and we love that the servers aren't walking by with hot food or cold drinks over his head.  Its also nice to not have people bumping into a high chair that sticks out from the tabe in those situations.  The chair is easy, easy, easy to clean.  This chair has also been a lifesaver when we have traveled, as it clips to just about any table.  In fact, there has only been on restaurant that had tables too thick to accomodate this chair.  Our little boy is 2 and still able to use this chair.  At this stage, the adjustable harness straps are quite helpful when he decides he is all done about halfway through our meal.  I highly recommend this chair to anyone with a baby!
