***For a 2 in 1 Shampoo & Conditioner, you really can't beat Pert Plus So Fine!******  It lathers up very well and takes a minimal amount to do the job, even on extremely oily hair (like mine).  It really leaves your hair feeling silky soft - not overly heavy from the conditioner, just beautiful and healthy looking hair.  The cost is great too, well worth every penny!***

This 2-in-1 shampoo from Pert Plus did a good job cleaning my hair. It also lightly conditioned my hair without making it feel limp and/or weighed down like many other shampoos/conditioners have done before.  It has a light, clean, fresh scent - not overpowering at all - and it doesn't leave any scent on my hair after shampooing. Also, this product does not have a negative affect on my perm or hair color. The product rinses out quickly and thoroughly, leaving my hair feeling clean and conditioned, but I have shoulder length hair and sometimes I find my hair is rather tangled and not too easy to comb/brush through when it's still wet. The cost is budget friendly - especially when purchased on sale, like I usually do. Overall, I would recommend this product to people with fine hair and would suggest that it may work even better on shorter hair.
