I bought 5 colognes from them trusting the domain name and that if a company efforts to have that domain name they must be a serious player in the market.
Wasn't I wrong.
The colognes smell the first 5 minites you put them on and even then barely.

Perfume.com isn't the best place to order your fragrances from. I've only ordered from it once and don't feel the need to order from there again. There are cheaper online options that have better shipping practices.
By looking at the website design you can tell it isn't a very big or popular company though. The layout is bland and a little outdated. The search feature isn't the best because you end up pulling up like 200 different results and most of them have nothing to do with the word you searched. It's just a low quality website.
Perfume.com has a decent selection of fragrances for both men and women. The prices are alright. You can find cheaper options on other websites though. I ordered perfume off there one time. As I was waiting on my perfume to arrive I kept making the joke, "are they just walking my package to me, or what!?". It took weeks for the package to arrive. I could never get a tracking number for my package so I couldn't track it or anything.
There are many other websites that are MUCH better than Perfume.com. They are cheaper and have better shipping.
What a scam
Worst site ever. It took way longer than what was estimated for the perfume to arrive. I was okay with having to spend so much because perfume is usually cheap. I hated that after i purchased the perfume i some some for a way cheaper amount later at a different store.
Changed for the worst.
I used to shop for fragrances at another site because of their prices however all that changed until their prices were no longer a discount so I switch to "Perfume.com" and I was very pleased with their selection not to mention their service for awhile; but for some reason they had changed distributor and now their prices are no difference from the Mall department store minus the shipping and handling. Is ashame because they have an extensive selection but the prices aren't what it used to be so I have to go shop elsewhere for discount fragrance. Although I consider "Perfume.com" a well stock online fragrance store their prices however are no longer consider to be a discount.
bad company! STAY AWAY!
Company is a word that refers to legit businesses not this scam company. I placed an order recently, and have dealt with not just the worst customer service, but the worst business practices ever. This company is unethical in their practices, and the way they handle customers. They swear they do not receive tracking numbers until the order is almost at your home.
I placed an order on the May 4th with express overnight shipping, and on may 10th it was still marked as being in the warehouse, Upon calling this garbage company, I was told they needed to contact their shipping warehouse and they would email me since they also saw it was in the warehouse. After hours there was no response so I contacted them back, and was given the same response. I promptly requested my money back, and was told I had to wait for them to be updated by their warehouse. I was thinking for what? The customer service person was consistent about the fact that they had no tracking number however upon my second request for money back; she said I would receive my tracking number shortly and that they could not refund my order because now it had, like magic, been shipped.
More time went by no tracking number, and the site still says in warehouse. Their customer service is no longer responding and my order was a $160.00 order. My wife's holiday was ruined!
My suggestion to anyone trying to get perfume is to not deal with this company for your own sake. They are a fraudulent company, and are just taking people's money without regard for their customer base.
I would not wish my worst enemy to deal with this company, nor Satan himself!!!!! If this site allowed for a no star rating I would give it a negative 5 stars.

I recently purchased a bottle of perfume from PerfumeMart. They sent me an old bottle and the perfume was spoiled. I returned it to them with insured package, and they did not stand by their products nor did they give me a refund.
I have filed complaints with varied agencies, including the Better Business Bureau, who informed me that i was not the first complaint against them, and that they were unreachable, they do not have a working phone number, and ignore repeated mailing and email message. I would hate to see other unsuspecting customers get caught in their bad practices.

Ordered product 12/15 and paid extra to have it arrive by 12/21. Did not arrive, so I tracked package with UPS. No information. Called company and was told by non-English speaker that "no infomation 'vailable - you call back, talk to dock". Left message for someone to call. Finally got call on 12/28 and was told by "supervisor" that original order was damaged in shipment and returned to them. Did I want reshipment? She stated she would expedite order to arrive no later than 12/31. Guess what? No package on 12/31. Of course, they're closed over the holiday weekend, so I called and left message for someone to call. Got call 1/04/10 from another "supervisor" who assured me package was showing it would arrive today. Got home... no package. Surprise, surprise. Later that evening found message on phone that stated they were showing package was refused. What package? There wasn't even anyone home to refuse a package! This has been so frustrating because this was to be a Christmas gift for my son's girlfriend. My son is in the Air Force and had to leave home on 1/03. This company is a joke and a travesty. All I want is my money back... yes, of course, they charged my credit card.
unsealed bottles, dubious contents
the perfume i ordered was unsealed and the manufacturer's plastic wrap had been re-sealed with scotch tape. when i emailed customer service, instead of offering an immediate refund or replacement, they told me a ridiculous story about how the package had been opened by their inventory manager to get a code. no manufacturer places necessary codes on the inside of sealed packages. the lie is really insulting and makes me wonder if they are trying to cover up fakes. order elsewhere if you want authentic perfumes.
