Paul Mitchell Awapuhi Moisture Mist is a light, gently scented leave in conditioning spray. It helps to add some moisture back into your hair and is especially great for color treated hair that tends to be on the dry side. Strangely enough, this spray also states that it can be used on your dry skin, which I have yet to try. Effectiveness I have colored hair that is lightened and it is also permed. The combination can make my hair very dry and Paul Mitchell Awapuhi Moisture Mist helps replenish some of that lost moisture. It is light and does not make my hair look or feel greasy. It absorbs well and leaves my hair feeling soft and silky. I would recommend it for anyone who also has issues with dry hair. Scent This moisture mist has a very soft and light scent. It is not too sweet but rather a gentle white ginger scent. It smells wonderful and is only noticeable when you are spraying it.

Effectiveness This product is highly effective at calming your hair down when you are having one of those high frizz days. It is great to use for a day of fun in the sun, or a day at the beach and you need a little something in your hair to smooth it down and make it smell great for your dinner date. You can use it for those static days or the days where you took a shower before bed and woke up with some crazy bed head that needs some calming down. It works for so many occasions, and is so useful, it is a must have for every girl. Scent Awapuhi is a wonderful scent. To have this scent in a mist that you can spray on at anytime rocks. If you take into account that this mist is so light you can spray it on you face to give it a little moisture, you could use this as a type of perfume, which it is perfume quality.

The Paul Mitchell awapuhi moisture mist is a really great product. It is basically a leave in conditioner. I use it on damp hair and sometime I spray a little on dry hair if my hair feels extra brittle. My hair is very dry and damaged. This moisture spray provides great moisture to my hair. I recommend this product.

I cannot express how much I love this product!  I have highlighted hair and my stylist always comments on how soft and healthy feeling my hair is - this product is the secret.  When I ask too much of my hair, I drench it with this stuff right before bed and it gives my hair back the moisture it's begging for.  The best part is that is does not weigh my hair down at all.  I use a little every day and a lot on some days!

Paul Mitchell Awapuhi Moisture Mist is a wonder product.  It is a multi-purpose spray which I would not be without.  It is available in a large size which I use at home and a travel size which I keep in my travel cosmetic bag.  I use Paul Mitchell Awapuhi Moisture Mist to perk up my hair style when I don't want to shampoo but need a little lift.  I just spray my hair, and lightly blow dry to style and it always looks like I just left the hairdresser.  It also does not dry out my hair but leaves it soft and supple which is a real plus.    I also use the product to set my makeup and it works like magic as my makeup stays in place all day without touching up and never cakes or fades.  I first discovered the product many years ago at my hairdresser's and have not been without it since.    I have recommended Paul Mitchell Awapuhi Moisture Mist to many friends and all have been effusive in their praise.  Give it a try!

I love Paul Mitchell. Alot of the products are fantastic. So I thought I would buy and try out the Moisture Mist. I saw all the other stylists at my salon using it, and it looked like a popular product. I got out of the shower and sprayed it thru my hair before i was blowdrying. You can use it on your skin too so I sprayed it on my body also. I was a little weirded out by the feeling on my skin, it was sorta sticky and tacky when first applied, but it dryed to a soft feel. I didnt knowitce any more moisture feeling with my hair tho... I do have very dry hair so  maybe its just not a product for me. I will definately use it to moisturize after showers tho, the spray pump makes it easy for places like my back, which sadly usualy go un-moisturized do to my short arms. :D I do have to say I love the Awapuhi smell. I knowticed that the mist works well after using the Awapuhi shampoo and conditioner. Its worth giving a try! Ask your stylist to use it on your hair next time your at your Paul Mitchell salon!

I'm a thirty-seven year old wife and mother of three.  For years, I have used countless amounts of shampoos and conditioners.  As an African-American It was hard for me to find conditioners that worked well on my relaxed hair.  I bought cheap ones and expensive ones.  I bought non familiar brands to the well known brands of conditioners.  I was in search of products that would minimize breakage and that would leave a nice sheen.  I located a hair salon and got my hair washed and condition and notice the Paul Mitchell label.  I was familiar with the brand because it was always in the glass at beauty supply stores.  I also knew that it was rather expensive.  So, I never bought it.  After, the shampoo and she put the conditioner on my hair immediately I smelt and felt a difference .And even more so after a few minutes.  Once my hair was rinsed, the comb just glided through my hair.  It was softer and my hair felt hydrated. Of Course, I bought the bottle that they sold at the salon.  Although, it is pricey it is worth it.
