Absolute failure for it's purpose of a very basic tablet for children to use, as it would never connect to the internet and customer service was very poor, even intractable. Not a lot of features to comment on if it does not have basic functions. Design Failed to connect to any Wi-Fi signal anywhere, even with the "guidance" of customer service. Durability Essentially DOA right out of the box.

I found the tablet to have more features than I expected, such as internet ability. Though limited, I can check email through wifi connection. Since Barnes & Nobles app comes on it, I can read Nook books, as well as other formats of ebooks. I was also very satisfied with their tech support. Battery Life Holds a charge for quite a time period if charged fully. App Availability Some apps are included but you cannot add some apps.
