An awesome camera for its size and price.

I absolutely love my camera.  It is such an awesome product for its size and price.  It can compete with the bigger cameras.  The quality of prints it produces is bar none.  My son dropped my first one at the skate park and broke its lens.  I had a chance to buy another type of camera at the time but I chose to buy the same one again.  I am an avid scrapbooker so I am very picky about my camera and pictures.  I can fit it in my purse and have it with me at all times.  I love it!

Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX07- Great Quality

5

I absolutely love this camera. It produces great pictures and videos. It's easy to load files on to my computer and it is very small and comapct. It has many different settings and modes. It has a simple mode, a scene mode, and a normal pictures mode. Basically in the simple mode, the camera readjusts its settings based on the picture that is about to be taken. The camera can also take pictures in sepia and black&white. It has a very good flash and the pictures I take with it are very sharp. It also has a self-timer. The camera is very easy to use because there is dial near the top  where you can easily switch the functions you're using to "video", "pictures", "view pictures", etc. It supports SD memory cards which I recommend getting so that the camera can hold a lot more pictures and videos. It has 7.2 megapixels and 3.6x optical zoom. The battery is rechargable which is  a plus, but the battery lasts quite a long time without charging.

Panasonic Lumix is a good quality, easy-to-use camera

I have owned many digital cameras, including a rather bulky one with great zoom and a slim one with an okay function. While I now have 3 digital cameras, I always grab my Panasonic Lumix.   It's easy to navigate, it has 4 different picture modes, "Normal", "Simple", "Macro", and "Scene Mode".  Scene Mode has 19 settings such as Portrait, Sports, Night Portrait, Night Scenery, Candle Light, Fireworks, and High Sensitivity.   I love this "High Sensitivity" mode on this camera. It takes great pictures under challenging circumstances such as during a concert. I actually used this camera and Casio's Exilim during a same rock concert.  Picture quality is better on Lumix.  Shutter speed and zoom are better on Exilim.   Another feature on the camera is the video. Again, I compared both Lumix & Exilim during the same concert. Picture quality and stability are great with Lumix.  The only drawback is that once you start to record a video, you can't change the zoom on Lumix.  As for Exilim, picture gets bit shaky, depends on zoom setting.  Though you can change the zoom while recording a video on Exilim, it takes a while for it to focus.  The BIG difference I discovered between these 2 cameras' videos - sound quality.  Lumix sounds so much better!!   Lumix is a great choice for mid-range digital camera, in my opinion.
