I am overall very happy with this microwave oven. It is quite expensive in comparison to others on the market, but it really heats up well and throughout. I have rarely ever any cold or extremely hot spots when I heat up food. The popcorn button is an all time favorite in our house...and this microwave pops the popcorn perfectly. Barely ever have any burnt popcorn. The hot cocoa button is nice too...definitely something you don't find on every standard microwave! I am a little annoyed with the display however though. Depending on the angle, the numbers are hard to read, and I have to bend over a little to see what time it is or how much time is left when I cook or heat up food. A definite plus is also that the microwave is big and can fit large plates without any problems. Overall, I am very happy with the microwave and I think it is really worth its money. Hopefully, it will last quite a while!

This has been a wonderful, although large, microwave oven. It takes up a lot of space, but that is easily my only complaint. The menu options are rather time consuming to use, but after a while the commands are easily remembered. It is a very powerful microwave and things tend to get over cook really easily. Defrost is a great feature!

I've known a lot of microwaves in my day. From the old-fashioned knob-turners to the fancy multi-functional ones of today. This one is the latest in a long line. We usually buy Panosonics because we find them to be a good value for the money. They actually last a pretty good while, all things considered... even though they just don't make 'em like they did back in the day. This one has lasted about 3 years so far and is still kickin' which is pretty decent so far. I like the stainless steel look. I like the cool functions you can input and such. It's nice to be able to just hit 2 buttons for popcorn or hot cocoa. The defrost feature is nice too, but I find that I have to input half the actual weight of the meat or I end up cooking it a bit :-/ Also, if the power goes out it's a bit of a pain to have to reset aaaallll those settings again (like if you want it to beep till you open the door) All in all it's a great machine, though.
