Very useful.

I am not a particularly domestic person, so I wasn't actively looking for a Pampered Chef product. I was invited to a Pampered Chef party, and the Medium Bar Pan seemed like the most useful and economical purchase, so I bought it. It turned out to be one of the most useful kitchen purchases I have bought. The pan is easy to season, and actually improves with age. I have used this pan for so many different things--cooking, reheating, you name it. It is a mainstay in my kitchen, and would have lasted forever, but I accidentally knocked it off the counter, so it broke into a bunch of pieces. After it broke, I panicked because I use this pan so much. I immediately ordered another one since I can't picture cooking without it. Performance Excellent. Ease of Cleaning Hot water and a brush. Don't use soap! Durability Will last you a long, long time. This type of stoneware is supposed to actually get better with age. Design Very basic, and not very pretty to look at once it's seasoned because it will discolor. I didn't buy it for the look. Doesn't Stick You don't spray or grease, so food sticks a little, but will come off with warm water and a brush.

Oh my gosh, I just wish I had discovered this sooner. My best girlfriend has one and has been using hers several years longer than me and swears by it. I had one, but never used it, it just sat there looking pretty in my cabinet. My family loves crescent and cinnamon rolls. When baking with this, not only will your food cook up evenly with a lovely bottom to it, but you won't even need to spray that awful chemically cooking spray on it to keep food from sticking. Cookies, breads....everything comes out just right on this! You cannot put it in the dishwasher and should not use soap when cleaning it, just good old hot water does the trick! Love it, love it, love it! Performance This pan will cook your biscuits, crusts, snacks, absolutely everything perfect everytime! Ease of Cleaning Do not use soap on this. I fill mine up with some hot water, let it soak for a bit. Then I scrape off any excess food left on the pan, which always comes right off, then run warm/hot water down it while wiping it down with a paper towel. Easy peasy! Durability Don't drop it, because it might break...if you keep it in your hands it should last forever! Doesn't Stick Nothing sticks to this guy.

A great stoneware pan for baking and cooking!

My sister's best friend is a pampered chef consultant and I've always marveled at all the stoneware she had and swore by. I thought, yeah, she's just trying to sell it to me! Well, then my mother in law said she had this exact pan and it was wonderful so I caved and bought one. I was not disapointed! This pan is wonderful, especially when I make free form bread. It bakes perfectly and evenly every time. It took some time to get is seasoned properly so things did stick to it at first but now it is an amazing pan. I use it to bake and cook everything you could think of. Cookies, bread, granola, chicken nuggets, fries, chicken and anything else you can think of! I love this more than my metal pans when it comes to cooking. It is worth the money and should last you quite sometime and become nonstick after much use. I am looking at buying some more stoneware from Pampered Chef in the future because of this pan!

A star in my kitchen!

I absolutely LOVE Pampered Chef Stoneware! Before I started cooking on these products, I was notorious for burning the bottoms of my cookies and other baked goods. No matter what temperature my oven, it just didn't seem like I could get things to bake evenly. This stuff is amazing! The stone evenly distributes the heat so the bottom of my cookies does not cook too quickly. If you pull them out when the middle is almost done, you will have perfectly soft cookies every time! I was given the small bar pan before I got married and purchased the medium one soon after when I wanted a more practical size for my kitchen. I originally liked this sized because it was the perfect size for a regular box of brownies (not family size). My husband and I use it all the time for cookies, brownies, baked french fries, frozen individual pizza slices, roast veggies and baked meats. It is the perfect size for the portions in our family of 2. You will not regret purchasing this!

A great pan for everything from bar cookies to pizza!

I've been cooking for over 30 years now, and I've loved Pampered Chef stones since I first saw them. I FINALLY got one of these pans! It has the same quality as all their stonesware. It heats evenly, cleans up easily with their nylon pan scrapers, bakes cookies and pizzas to perfection. The size, about 11.5" x 8", is perfect for a small pizza, brownie mixes, or cookie bar mixes. If you wanted to make a pizza ahead, you could even freeze it in the pan and cook it later. This stone will even work in the microwave. How many pans do you have that will go into the freezer, microwave, oven, and conventional and convection oven? Be sure to read the Use and Care instructions before using it the first time. One important thing is that it should not be washed with soap. It may be tempting to try to get the oils out, but it's not necessary. Just use water and the nylon scraper to clean it. I think it's easier than cleaning a metal pan that has food caked on. It's a great pan. I highly recommend it!

Pampered Chef Bar Pan is the best Pan I have

I LOVE this pan!  I had wanted one of these for years, but now that I have one I wondered why I ever waited so long using my old metal pans.  It is completely worth the money to invest in this pan.  It took a few times of baking things to get a good seasoning on my pan, but now it is excellent.  It is basically impossible to burn things using this.  The crusts come out perfect each time.    It has never failed me yet!  The only real downside that I would say is that the pan is somewhat heavy to pull in and out of the oven especially if you get something of a good size in it.  The lip on it makes it very easy to use for baking things that might otherwise fall off of your pan. It also retains heat for a long time so you can leave things sitting on it to keep them warm.  I use it for everything from bars to coffee cake to oven fries to making granola.  I really can't say enough good about this pan - buy it!

The Pampered Chef stoneware keeps me from burning my cookies.

I was first exposed to Pampered Chef stoneware at a consultant's Pampered Chef party. She wined us and dined us, modeling how to use many different products. Everything was great, but I was most impressed by the stoneware. She explained how the stoneware cooks foods evenly and prevents foods from burning. I thought it would be good, but never realized how true that was. I asked for some stoneware for a gift and, ever since I got it, I rarely use a traditional cookie sheet, unless my bar pan is not big enough. When I can afford it, I plan to buy a larger stoneware item, since I typically have to do several batches of cookies to get them all baked with my stoneware and I really don't like to use anything else (because of my tendency to burn things).  One other thing I love about it, is how easy it is to clean. All Pampered Chef stoneware comes with a scraper that scrapes baked on stuff right off, especially if you soak the stoneware for a couple minutes. You must be careful, however, not to use soap when cleaning stoneware because of its porous nature. (The idea is also that the oils from using the stoneware time after time are absorbed and add to the nonstick/non-burn aspect of the product.)
