I love all of my stoneware from The Pampered Chef.  I have probably a dozen of them.  I especially love the glazed stones I have.  They look so pretty!  I'm very careful about not using dishsoap on the insides of them, as indicated in the directions.  But a little dishsoap on the outsides makes the Rectangular Baker look good as new.  I really appreciate what a great return policy The Pampered Chef has.  If it's in the time frame for the warranty, they will replace it without a hassle.  My first rectangular baker broke when it was sitting on the back burner of my stove.  One day my babysitter accidentally turned on the wrong burner when she was going to cook something and the stone ended up cracking.  All I had to do was send a small piece of it into The Pampered Chef and they sent me a new one, no questions asked, even though it was clearly not a manufacturing defect.  I cook all kinds of casseroles in this rectangular baker, as well as doing roasts.  It really cooks evenly and beautifully, then the cranberry glazed dish looks lovely setting on the table.

i love to cook and bake.  i have tried so many different kinds of bakeware over the years and although i have found some throughout the stores thal i like, there has only been one that i have found that is versitile and durable and gorgeous to look at.  i bought the cranberry rectangular baker through pampered chef about a year and a half ago and i use it all the time.  i have made everything in that pan and everything that i make has turned out as delicious as it looks.  my husband has told me time and time again how wonderful my cakes taste and then the next day, with the same pan, he tells me how yummy my lasagna is.  i love the fact that i can make a moist chocolate cake one day and the next make a savory lasagna that everyone goes crazy for.  and clean up is so easy.  who wouldn't love a pan that cleans with nothing more than hot water and a cloth.  i adore this baker and am looking forward to baking with it for years to come.

I have used my cranberry colored Pampered Chef Rectangular Baker for a good 5 years now, with absolutely NO problems.  I never have food burn on me.  Food in glassware and metallic pans always seemed to overcook very easily.  Also, this baker cooks all my food evenly.  With use, it has a nice non-stick quality.  I simply rubbed it with Crisco the first few times, and it seasoned very well - ready to use.  It is very durable, and the cranberry glazing on the outside is quite attractive.  I love how I can cook in it, and keep it in the same pan while I serve my guests.  I cooked casseroles, lazagna, cake, all without trouble.  The only caution I have is that it sometimes takes longer to cook then the other pans do.  However, the food retains its moistness and tastes far better then the other pans allow it to.  I've also used the lid (though not in the oven!) to store leftovers in the fridge.  The lid may not have a tight seal, but it has a neat design that allows it to fit any baker (as they won't always be the exact same size, depending on the particular stone used.)  You won't go wrong with this one!

I love love love my pampered chef cranberry rectangular baker! I cannot say enough good things about it. I use it all the time -- at least once a week. I make roasts in it, roast chickens, cook tri-tip steaks, and all kinds of things. I love that it stays looking nice due to the cranberry color on it unlike other stoneware that gets seasoned and looks kind of gross after awhile. The cranberry glaze on it is also nice because it doesn't have the yucky feel that stoneware has. (I don't really know how to describe it, kind of like how microfiber feels weird.) This is just an essential item in my kitchen. It looks nice enough that I can serve right out of it without having to transfer to a serving platter. Everything I cook in it turns out nicely browned and yet moist. If something were ever to happen to it, I would replace it immediately without even considering cost because I just use it so much. This is definitely a must have in my kitchen.
