Good to Use, Tough to Clean
These spoons are very good for use with baking, as they make excellent stirring spoons (as long as the dough is not too thick). They also make good serving spoons for dishes such as mashed potatoes or casseroles. Ease of Cleaning We do not put these spoons in the dishwasher, so they must be washed by hand. If they are not washed soon after use, the food or dough can dry on them and be extremely difficult to remove. Food sticks to them pretty hard, and the curved design of the spoon makes it difficult to create enough force to scrub hard. Durability This spoons will last for a long time as serving spoons or mixing lighter batters. But if the cookie dough or bread mix is too thick, the spoon can break. Design These spoons might last a little longer on tough doughs if the handles were made to be a little bit thicker. A thicker handle would also provide a better grip. But other than that, they are designed pretty well.
