I have recently become a HUGE fan of this magazine. It offers so much information. I used to get "Fitness" but became hooked on this. The workouts are awesome, the meals are yummy and easy to make, and the shakes are very tasty. If anyone wants a good workout magazine that isn't filled with a lot of crap this is the one for you. One thing I really don't like about it is there are a lot of ads.
