Even though I am only 23 years old, my knees sound like they belong to some one closer to 80. They have given me problems since I was around 15 and have gotten progressively worse. They creak, crack, ache, and with the wrong move they send sharp pains through my leg. Over the counter pain relievers do help, but years of continued use has done some damage to my stomach. I bought this supplement hoping it would let me lay off the pain relievers for a while. Even though the packaging says joint comfort in 7 days, I gave it a whole month to do its work. Unfortunately, I saw no improvement. I thought that the change had been gradual enough I might not have noticed, so I quit taking the supplement and still had no change. I feel like I gave it ample opportunity to work and was genuinely disappointed when it didn't. The pills are too large for me to swallow hole, taste horrible, and are extremely hard to break. They will not fit in my pill cutter, so I had to order another online just for this supplement.

I have used Osteo Bi-Flex products for several years now and recently switched to the Osteo Bi-Flex Glucosamine HCL & Vitamin D3 with 5- Loxin Advanced. I take it regularly once a day (generally in the morning), two triple strength pills and have found that my knee movement is more flexible throughout the day. When getting up in the morning before taking I am a bit stiff, but after movement and taking the vitamins I find it lubricates my knees and allows me to be more fluid. The pills are rather large so I find I take them one at a time, but they have a coating so there is not a terrible taste as I have found with some of the other Glucosamine vitamin brands. I also can take these vitamins with both prescription medications as well as other vitamins which is a benefit. They do not upset my stomach either. The cost is about average, maybe a little higher than most vitamins but truly if you have any type of arthritis or joint flexibility issue than I would recommend you try the Osteo Bi-Flex product.

I take quite a bit of prescription medications for multiple back problems and I have found that Osteo Bi-flex provides more than relief from pain but actual healing. At least it feel like I am getting better with each bottle I take. If there is a better relief medication, I have not found it on the American market.

They are a dietary supplement and are coated to make swallowing easier for you. This is recommended to take with food. I received my sample which contains 7 caplets to try. It also says that this is not FDA approved yet and if you are pregnant, nursing or on any medications that you should talk to your doctor first. If you have any reactions to this at all you should contact your doctor. These caplets need to be kept out of heat and in a dry place.This needs to be kept out of childrens reach and they recommend that you be 18 years old to use this product. There have only been 2 studies done on humans to see how well this product works.
