I have very thick coarse hair and it's very hard for me to get it to smooth out and lay flat.  After using mousse and blow drying my hair it always looks "puffy" and has a lot of loose fly away hair.  Previously I had been using a "silk" product to finish.  I smooth it on to my hair and it makes it shine and lay flat.   On my quest to switch to organic and sulfate free beauty products I picked up a bottle of the Organix Revitalizing Pomegranate Green Tea Anti-Frizz Serum.  I applied it just as I have my previous anti-frizz product.  The Organix Serum smells great.  It's a little thicker than my previous product so I had to try it for a few days to get the correct amount.  The first day I used too much and my hair was totally flat.  The next day I got the amount right and it worked great.  I am very happy to have found the Organix product without sulfates and natural antioxidants of pomegranate and green tea.  To top it off it's less expensive than the product that I previously used.
