I received the Olympus FE190 Digital Camera as a Christmas gift one year from my parents. When I opened the packaging and saw it was an Olympus camera and not the Kodak camera I wanted, initially I was upset. I quickly got over that when I opened the camera, charged up the battery and started taking pictures. The camera was great! It is thin which is nice because you can easily fit it in your pocket and carry it along with you. The camera does take pictures kind of slow, but the quality of the picture is great for only being a 6-megapixel camera. I have used this camera for years, and haven't upgraded to any of the newer 12-megapixel or higher options because I am still really satisfied with the Olympus FE190 digital camera. This is a great camera to get a teenager for their first camera. It can take a beating pretty well, and still works fine as my camera has a few scratches on it, and works flawlessly. I have dropped this camera too and it seems to be pretty durable as I have had it for years. Highly recommend for parents looking for a gift for their teenager at an affordable price.

This camera is simply the very best. I love it. The Olympus FE 190 Digital Camera was a gift from my sister. she gave it to me for my 30th birthday and what a great idea it was. It takes pictures a little slower than all the other cameras that i've tried, but at the end it is fine. The batery is also good. other cameras takes forever

It is a good camera for the initial purpose I bought it.  As my interest in photography expands, this camera doesn't allow me to manipulate the setting like the manual digital cameras do.  But I did get lucky with most of my pictures and I never missed a moment with my daughter.  No regrets here.
