I recently wound up at my employer's health clinic as a result of asthma issues.  The nurse practitioner sent me on my way with a [Predinisone Pack][1]  and a box of *Ohm Allergy Relief and Nasal Decongestant Tablets*. Basically, *Ohm Allergy Relief & Nasal Decongestant Tablets* are a generic version of Claritin-D.  The main ingredients are loratadine (antihistamine to relieve allergy symptoms) and pseudoephedrine sulfate (decongestant).  The tablets are an extended-release formulation so you only need to take one per day.  This allergy medication can be used to deal with sneezing, itchy/watery eyes, runny nose, itchy throat, and nasal/sinus congestion.  I received a box that contained 15 tablets which is about a 2 week supply.  I've been happy with *Ohm Allergy Relief and Decongestant*.  It alleviated my sneezing, congestion, and itchy/watery eyes within an hour or so of first taking it.  The relief lasted all day long which was nice, though my nose went from being clogged to something as dry as the Sahara Desert.  Still, I'd rather deal with that than the rest of the discomfort caused by my allergies and what it was doing to exacerbate my asthma.  I've felt much better since I started taking this allergy medication so I definitely would get it again.  I received my supply through my employer's health clinic for free, so I'm not exactly sure what it costs or if it is even available in drug stores like Claritin D is.  I'll be returning to the clinic to refill my supply.  Recommended!
