The first year I had this ice tea maker I had no problems. I drink a lot of iced tea in the summer, and have several summer parties. This is great as people can add their own sweetener, and lemon to their own taste. The second season I had issues with it leaking all over the counter. You really have to make sure the pitcher is tightly flushed with the machine, and the items in the maker are properly back in place after each use. There is a part by the spout that can bend a bit which caused me leakage. I have to check it each time. I also like that you can control how many bags you want to use whether you like a light, medium or strong brew. You can also mix and match flavored tea bags to make your own exotic flavor. I use this item at least three times a week in the summer, and more on the weekends, it sure beats buying flavored tea mixes, and easier than boiling water, and adding tea bags and waiting for it to be the right brew. With this you can enjoy ice tea in about 10 minutes.

We drink a lot of iced tea. This is a great way to make it. I like having the option to use bagged or loose teas. I also like having the option of making weaker or stronger tea. It's easy to clean. I just put the brew basket and the pitcher in the dishwasher. To clean the machine itself, I just use the Mr. Coffee coffee-maker cleaner. I like all of the measuring lines on the side of the pot. It makes it easy to put in the right amount of water for various sizes as well as the right amount of ice. I also like that the lid has the open spout or the straining one. Sometimes I'll put fruit or herbs into the pot to give the tea an extra bit of flavor. The straining part on the lid helps to pour just the tea and not the extras.

My hubby bout me this for me! I used it and I have really loved using it a lot! It is a great budget friendly tea maker one it is a great value and keeps me from buying sodas. We go thru like a gallon or two of tea a week. With that said this one is a lot faster that my old one that cracked that was over 10 years old. I am all in all Happy that my hubby bout this tea maker!

I bought this iced tea maker for my wife for christmas , it wasn't that expensive and works just as nice as the more expensive ones ., its easy to use and the nicest part is it holds 3 quarts which is more than most iced tea makers hold , it a no brainer this iced tea maker is the best .

I purchased this iced tea maker just about a month ago and am really enjoying it.  I had thought of buying it for some time but kept putting it off.  This was advertised as a 3 qt iced tea maker but I found that it does make LESS than 2 quarts.  Was dismayed to find this out - but still am very happy with it.  The tea it makes is absolutely fantastic.  If you are an avid iced tea drinker - this is a MUST for you!
