I don't have a lot of experience with OPI products so I didn't really know what to expect when I took this home from the store. I picked it up in the first place because I thought the bottle had a cute design, I like the color pink, and I really loved the scent. Scent If you like the tangy citrus smell of grapefruit you will probably really enjoy how this lotion smells. It's not one of those lotions that promises once scent and delivers another, you will get exactly what you expect with this one. It's more like a concentrated scent of grapefruit, so it's strong but really fresh and nice. Absorption This lotion feels like it gets sucked into your skin the second you put it on. It's more watery than a lot of lotions other there so it absorbs quickly and is very light. Effectiveness I found that as far as a body lotion, this did not moisturize my skin the way I really like. I ended up using it as a face lotion in the mornings because it kind of wakes you up and it's so light I wasn't worried about it giving me unwanted pimples.

This is the BEST lotion on the planet! It makes your skin SO smooth, the scents are so yummy! I found this lotion while getting a manicure and I was hooked. I will not use anything else, it is better than those Mall Brand store lotions. Scent SOOOO wonderful, smells too yummy! Absorption Absorbs right in! Makes your skin so soft, better than any other lotion I have tried, not greasy at all. Effectiveness Softens, smells good...it's great all around.

I originally got OPI Avojuice Skin Quenchers in the Grapefruit Juicie Scent as a travel size in a package of various OPI Avojuice Skin Quenchers from a friend for Christmas about five years ago. The Grapefruit Juicie scent was instantly one of my favorites. It has a very nice, uplifting kind of scent, that lasts a while but is not overpowering. It actually smells like the name suggests - like grapefruit! :) I thought it smelled good enough that it made me want to actually try eating the real thing. I tried it instantly after opening - I think the Grapefruit Juicie was the first one I tried and found it to be really moisturizing, but without being greasy, staining anything or leaving a film. I didn't have to wait ten minutes for it to soak in before touching anything but it still really moisturized my skin. I'm really into reading ingredient labels and knowing what is going on or in my body, and that is another area where this product really pleases me. It contains natural ingredients loaded with antioxidants that are good for your skin. Things like real grapefruit extract, antioxidant powerhouse vitamin C, if I remember correctly, in the gentler ester or fat soluble form that is known for soothing and helping to heal even really irritated or sensitive skins. This product also contains moisturizing extracts of the avocado, well known for its healthy fats, as well as extracts of aloe - yes, the same plant your grandmother or mother probably kept around the house to break open and use its sort of liquidy insides to help heal sunburns or minor irritations.

I was having trouble finding a face moisturizer that didn't leave my skin oily and shiny.  I needed something that would moisturize yet be light and refreshing.  I saw OPI Avojiuce Skin Quenchers in a small container at the check out and decided to try it.  I can't believe something could be so gentle to my skin, yet keep the dry skin from cracking all over my face, and have such a nice smell.  The citrus fragrance is so pleasant in the morning getting ready for the day.  I know my face won't be a greasy, shiny beacon when I get to work.  My husband and sons also use avojuice for their faces.  It is a very healthy, natural choice.  I noticed in my hair salon there were gift packs of Avojuice in small bottles of mixed flavors.  I purchased two packages.  I gave one as a gift and kept the other so everyone in my family had a small container of Avojuice with them for the day.  The only trouble was each person getting their favorite flaver, luckily they are all good.

I've been using Avojuice Skin quenchers for a while now. I originally purchased a set of three sample sizes as a stocking stuffer, but had them left over and decided to try them for myself. I had the grapefruit, mocha mint, and coconut melon. They smelled nice, but I particularly didn't like any of them..I suppose I don't like smelling like chocolate, coconut, or grapefruit. But I continued to use them because they are so smooth on your skin and leave it very soft. Also, I HATE the feeling normal lotions leave, oily and greasy. Avojuice is not like that at all! It rubs in perfectly. The only downside is that is I do have dry skin so the lotion is too light to fully hydrate. So if you have bad dry skib, don't expect this lotion to solve your problem. I now have the Jasmine Juicie and it smells absolutely wonderfully! I use it typically right after the shower and the smell stays on my skin all day. i combine it with another, heavier, unscented lotion to have enough moisture. I'll definately continue to use this product because it really does rub in very well and I haven't found another lotion that doesn't feel like I have any on. Overall, definately worth it to give Avojuice Skin Quenchers a shot.

I received a sample-sized (30mL) bottle of this lotion.  Avojuice Skin Quenchers by OPI comes in different fruit scents, but mine is "Grapefruit Juicie". Avojuice Skin Quenchers is a very light lotion.  I tried it as a hand lotion because my hands get dry if I do not use lotion after washing them.  This lotion is so light that I do not feel like it moisturizes my hands enough.  It does not leave a greasy feeling, which is good.  It does leave skin feeling smooth. The lotion is also lightly scented.  Personally, I don't think it smells anything like grapefruit.  It does not smell tangy or citrus-y at all.  It smells vaguely fruity, but very subtly.  The smell is not annoyingly strong.  I had to sniff my hand directly to notice the fragrance.
