I had gained a bit of weight over the summer and thought that I would give this a try. I had used a pill like this before which didn't work either, but I was optimistic, thinking that because it was for women that it would work this time. It had worked in the first week, as I had lost five pounds. Afterwards it just stopped working. I would weigh myself weekly and the numbers stayed the same. I had been following my exercise plan and diet plan religiously and hadn't done anything differently -- it just didn't do anything anymore. Then I noticed the side effects coming into play. I just would feel really thirsty and dizzy all of the time. Overall, my expectations were not met with this product. It turned out to just be a waste of money and time. Effectiveness It worked in the beginning, as I lost about 5 pounds in the first week. Afterwards it did nothing. It just made me really dizzy and constantly thirsty. Not very effective at all. Side Effects This product made me dizzy and then sometimes made me dehydrated. I eventually had to stop taking it because it made me so ill.

I bought this product because I heard it was the best. I was about to start exercising regularly and doing roughly and needed something to boost my stamina. Being only 110lbs I thought the three pills would be too much for me to handle so I started with 2 in the morning 2 in the afternoon. I began to have loss of breathe and slight chest pains so until I figured out what was wrong I put my workouts and pills to a halt. I began to feel better, everything was back to normal. I can't say for sure the pills were what caused it so I started taking them again... This time only 1 at a time. I can see results even though I haven't worked out as much as I should but I have an active lifestyle. I eat healthy and I'm starting to work my way back up to 4 pills a day. If you are just trying to tone like I am then you should gradually make your way to 6 pills a day don't immediately begin with it Side Effects Shortness of breathe, stomach aches, headaches when taking 6 a day

This pill, for me, is more for appetite control and exercise results. Effectiveness This pill is very potent and does deliver results if used as directed. I only take one pill per day, in the morning, and find that my cravings are suppressed and I do have a lot of energy throughout the day. Side Effects The only side effect I have had is the issue with sleeping. There is a high probability that if I take this pill any later than 9a, I will have problems sleeping through the night.

It will work if taken as directed. However, you'll not want to stay on this for more than 6 weeks and then "off-cycle" or switch to another brand. I've used this product more than once, with success. It's a good brand in nutrition science so you know it's not a "fly by night" company. You definitely need to build up a tolerance since it does have caffeine but following the label. This is strong so just pay attention to how your body reacts to it. Effectiveness Effective but must follow directions. Built up a tolerance to it. You will see results in the first week, especially if you are implementing a work out regimen also. Side Effects Minimal but will experience some shakiness. Would not take any additional caffeine will on this product.

I decided to try this product about 2 months before my wedding. One week after I started this product, I already lost 7 pounds ( I know, probably mostly water weight) Either way, I was excited. I cant even say it was used with diet and excercise. When i took this pill, I was barely ever hungry and had lots of energy (a few jitters here and there but no big deal.) Even with all the stress of the wedding and eating out often when there was no time to cook, i was still losing a few pounds every week. In total I ended up losing 25 pounds before the wedding and my dress looked fabulous!! I have tried many weight loss, fat burner, muscle building pill products in the market for the past 8 years and this has got to be the best one out there for women. I've tried Hydroxycut, Dexatrim and various others you can find at a GNC. LIPO 6 (Black Hers) has got to be best and fastest way to lower body fat percentage and develop lean and toned muscles. Of course, a good food plan and regular exercise or an active lifestyle are necessary, but when I tried this lifestyle with other products, it did not deliver the results I wanted. Once I used Lipo 6, the rest is history. I have lean muscles and less than 18% body fat percentage, which is great for a woman. You exercise and you diet and the results are painstakingly slow. If you use Lipo 6 in conjunction with diet and exercise, you can see results almost immediately so you're more motivated to keep on exercising and keeping with your plan. For me, it was the next day when I can actually see more definition in my ab muscles and arms. Once I obtained my desired goals, I stopped taking the pills. It really is intended for the recommended amount of time the bottle instructions suggest. Overdo it and those with sensitive stomach won't feel too good. I can probably assume its because there really isn't much more fat to burn by that time. So yes! I highly recommend this product and it will work if you stay committed to your exercise and diet plans and follow its instructions.

First of all, if you are researching Lipo 6 Black Hers, know that this-to my knowledge- is a fairly new product, so there are not a lot of factual reviews yet. Truth be told, I did not research this product, my husband went to GNC for himself and purchased the most purchased product for female weight loss at that particular store (for myself) recommended to him from the sales person. Mind you, I live on a military base and so only military personnel and dependents shop at this GNC, therefore you may get a different suggestion. When he brought it to me I did research it, and found very little except for people blogging that they had started this product, or a generic website reviewing the ingredients. The warning labed clearly states not for the weak hearted or undetermined, very little directions for usage on the bottle, but it did tell me to take 30 minutes before a meal. From what I gather with the product, it is an appetite suppressent and a thermogenic, which means you'll get warmer when you work out. I opened the bottle and found brown sludge all overthe pills. I called GNC they gave me the number for Nutrex, I called -they were not helpful at all. They said a pill probably opened and it was the liquid that was on the pills, I found no open capsule in my bottle. Personally, I think the liquid is meant to stay in the capsule so I took it back to GNC, got one with no brown sludge. I took this product for 2 weeks, full dosage -3 pills am 3 pills pm- was hungry less, not as tired during the day, found it hard to fall asleep even if I took the pill 8 hours before bed, I do work out and I found I could run longer or had more stamina on the elliptical at the gym, but I did not feel warmer and I did NOT see any results (not even in inches). Exactly 2 weeks after I took the pill I broke out in a body full of hives, gigantic itchy hives. I took 3 oatmeal baths in one day and it did not help. The product labels you what you can not take in conjunction with the pill so I had to suffer with it until I felt it had passed my system which I decided was 8 hours after my last dose. I took claratin because it has an antihystamine in it. My hives stopped and within a day they were gone. Unfortunately for me, Ive taken weight loss pills before and seen better results without hives. I did not take another Lipo 6 pill again. I cannot confirm that my hives were from this pill, but since Ive been off of it for a week I'd guess they were. Maybe it was from something I ate with it, I dont know, and whose to say it would happen to you, this is just my experience with the product. With all that said, the price was comparable to other weight loss pills, you can find it cheaper than at GNC BUT I highly recommend GNC because I was able to trade my used jar in for a different weight loss supplement within 30 days, so keep that reciept on your fridge if you buy this just in case! If you pair it with their 20% rewards member discount in the first few days of the month, this could be beneficial to you. With all weight loss products there is always going to be mixed results, and I firmly believe that they way you eat and exercise will determine how well the formula in any supplement will work for you. Sometimes you have to try many to find the right formula for your body, this just wasnt it for me.

this is the absolute worst fat burner ever.  first of all, i did not lose one single pound after taking it for two weeks.  mind you, i run 4x a week and weight train 3x a week.  it made me very irriatble and gave me insominia.  one some days it even made me extremely nauseous.  i took the second dose no later than 2pm each day and by 10-11pm i was tired but never got that good deep sleep that our bodies need.  i would not recommend this product.  im going back to oxy elite pro, which is perhaps the most amazing product on the market right now.

I have been taking Nutrex Lipo 6 Black Hers for 4 weeks and have decided to stop cold turkey.  And I am glad I did.  While I am not downgrading the product, I HIGHLY recommend any woman wanting to shed weight to seek out something less intense and more user friendly.  This product is good for someone who may need to lose 5-15 lbs quickly and does not care about side effects.  I took this product strictly as directed and have experienced an upset stomach constantly throughout the day, and even when I take my p.m. dose 9-10 hours before I go to bed, I still cannot go through the whole night without waking up several times.  I feel lethargic during the day, however, I get revved up for my workouts at the gym, or when I ride my bicycle or go for a run.  It is a good product for weight loss, but are the side effects one experiences really worth it?  And will these side effects lead to something more intense later on such as a malfunctioning mitral valve, kidney, pancreatic, or liver damage? I will opt for merely continuing to eat healthy, being wise with calories and portion control, and above all, staying active and continuing to move around alot.
